ISAC IVG/ING/MIA.POW information IVG Students must submit eligibility letter the first time they want to use IVG at UIC If a student has not used IVG for more than a year we will request for the student to send in another eligibility letter to make sure they are still eligible IVG letters must be submitted by the last scheduled day of classes for the term for which a student would like to use the benefit IVG students must have at least a 2.0 GPA; if not they cannot use IVG IVG covers all tuition and mandatory fees that are charged to every student If a student uses VA benefits (Post 9/11) the IVG will be prorated accordingly, the VA office puts a RHACOMM message for these students; so mid semester if you see that an IVG has been reversed please check RHACOMM first to see if they are using VA benefits. We must bill IVG back first then let the VA benefits pay.
