Sodium Cromoglicate
Sodium Cromoglicate oral solution, an anti-inflammatory and antiallergic agent,
prevents allergic reactions caused by certain foods by inhibiting the release of
inflammatory substances from mast cells, which can lead to symptoms like nausea,
abdominal pain, diarrhea, skin rashes, or eczema. It is prescribed to manage
symptoms when allergenic foods cannot be avoided.

How to use Sodium Cromoglicate oral solution
Use sodium cromoglicate oral solution exactly as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take it
15 minutes before meals, up to four times a day: three times before meals and once before
bedtime. For adults, the dose is 2 ampoules of 5 ml each, and for children, it’s 1 ampoule of 5
ml each, before meals. If the treatment isn’t effective in 2-3 weeks, your doctor may adjust the
dose. Rinse your mouth if you experience an allergic reaction to certain nutrients. Do not
double doses if you miss one. Stopping the medication may cause symptoms to return. For
questions, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
