Application Prompts Rubric
To demonstrate comprehension, you will be asked to complete 5 Application Prompts
throughout the semester. Each Application Prompt will be posted in BrightSpace on the Monday
of the week it is due.
Each Application Prompt is worth a total of 10 points. Your response should include the
following elements:
1. Understanding and Relevance: Clearly demonstrate your comprehension of the
concept and its significance today.
2. Practical Application: Provide a detailed example of how you plan to apply the concept
at the organizational, team, and individual levels to improve performance.
3. Reflective Insight: Share a past situation where applying this concept could have been
advantageous, highlighting how it might have positively impacted the outcome.
Your response should be concise, no longer than two pages, and demonstrate clear
organization and vivid description, reflecting original work without the use of AI tools like
ChatGPT.
