COMPLAINT INFORMATION
Date of Incident: 08/27/2024 Time of Incident: 8:50am
Location of Incident: On Amentum /V2X company premises
Description of Incident: I received several messages concerning a Zoom link for CWA Local 7032 East
Union meeting that occurred on 8/24/2024 from 2-4pm. I asked in the IUE Union group chat if the
meeting would be on Zoom and Rodney Neal responded and said that "if someone wants to set it up
when they get here they can". I set up the Zoom link for the meeting from my personal Zoom account.
After the meeting Lydia Manley messaged me to ask if I could send the link in the group chat. I was
still driving and told her "I'm busy and I can't do it right now". On Monday there was no wi-fi and it
appeared I was getting messages about the recording but the new messages was not appearing. On
Tuesday 8/27/2024 I received more messages that I was able to see about the Zoom link for the
meeting. Those messages were coming from several different people harassing me about the Zoom
link. Mason Norwood was making accusatory statements trying to defame my character in regard to the
Zoom link. Rodney Neal also joined in harassing amae about a Zoom link. I stated to Lydia that she
could come talk to me instead of posting in the group chat but she continued to post in the group chat
anyway. Will Jordan, the Union President, did nothing to prevent the onslaught of hostile messages and
harassment I was receiving from my coworkers. Lydia Manley kept posting messages in the group chat
so she could rally support from others to harass me. Gary Manley joined in the harassment as well in
support of his wife, Lydia Manley.

PREVIOUS INCIDENTS/CONCERNS
Previous Incident(s): 8/24/2024 Lydia Manley ask to move to another topic while I was discussing my
grievances t the Union meeting. I had just started speaking and was not finished.
8/24/2024 Will Jordan hosted the Union meeting and sat by and said nothing when I was disrespected 2
times by Lydia Manley and Hailey Richardson

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additional Information: I have screenshots of the IUE group chat that was eventually deleted. There is
documentation of harassment, bullying and hostile environment. There is a video of the Union meeting
on 8/24/2024. There is evidence of Will Jordan not saying or doing anything when I was being
subjected to this hostile environment.
