Accomplishment Report: Student Officers League
Date Range: August 2023 – May 2024
Introduction: The Student Officers League of Manjuyod Senior High School, composed of
student officers from all sections, has been instrumental in leading various initiatives that
contribute to the holistic development of students and the improvement of school activities.
This report outlines the league’s accomplishments and highlights their efforts in student
leadership, community involvement, and school governance during the specified period.
I. Leadership Development:
1. Leading the Way: Student Officers League Leadership Training
The league organized a series of leadership training workshops aimed at enhancing the
leadership skills of student officers. These workshops covered topics such as conflict
resolution, effective communication, and project management, benefiting over 100 student
leaders across various sections.
2. Mentoring for Success: Building a Collaborative Future
To foster a culture of collaboration, the Student Officers League initiated peer mentoring
programs where senior officers mentored junior officers, ensuring the continuity of eefective
student leadership and the transfer of valuable skills.
II. School Governance and Student Advocacy:
1. Making our Voices Heard: Student Council Assemblies
The league facilitated monthly student council assemblies, providing a platform for
Student representatives to voice concerns, propose initiatives, and collaborate on solutions
to school wide issues. These assemblies led to actionable outcomes, including policy
recommendations on student welfare and school facilities.

Recognizing the importance of academic performance, the Student Officers League
launched academic support initiatives, including per tutoring sessions and study groups.

challenging subjects.

Brigada Eskwela, school fairs, and recognition programs. Their efficient planning and

The league aims to introduce sustainability projects within the school, focusing on
waste reduction, recycling programs, and environmental education, in collaboration with
the school environmement club

The Student Officers League will continue to strengthen its partnership with local
governmant units and NGOs to support more impactful community service projects,
ensuring that students contribute meaningfully to their community.
