A group is a set of people, organizations or things that have something common in. Example: - Basketball team, musical club, Sociology class, cricket team. Roles: Are assigned to group members that determine what behaviors and responsibilities individual should take on. Communication structure: That determines who talk with whom within the group. A period of high emotionality and tension among group members. A period at which group begins to come together as a coordinated unit. A point at which people work independently Members’ concerns consisted: High commitment Roles are clear Each member is able to organize itself Better understand each other and assigned task within the group.
