This fee will apply per cubic metre or part thereof to all concrete delivered.
Returned Concrete Fee
This fee is charged per m3 or part thereof for all returned quantities
0.6m3 and greater

Normal working hours are
Monday to Friday 6am to 4pm
After hours surcharges do not apply to
continuous pours that
commence prior to 1pm MondayFriday and delivery is completed by

Fee to provide trucks for Outside Normal Operating Hours work. The fee is
per truck, for a 4 hour period

Additional Balance/Plus
Load Fee
A fee will be charged when a pour is cancelled or postponed/delayed for
more than 3 hours, with insufficient notice. For ‘Normal Operating Hours’,
notice must occur by 1.00pm the previous business day. The fee applied will
correspond to the volume of the cancelled order.
A fee applied to unplanned deliveries required over and above one ‘balance
or plus’ load. The fee will apply for additional ‘balance or plus’ loads with an
allowance of:
