SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Delivery notice requirement for non-standard mixes
• Non-standard mixes may require a notice period of 72 hours for supply subject to the availability of inclusions. Eg: Steel fibres, colours, waterproofing admixtures.
• No claims shall be accepted due to insufficient notice being provided for trial mixes or the issue of mix design information.
Waterproof Concrete
• BGC Concrete does not guarantee the performance of waterproofing additives. Please refer directly to individual suppliers for application and suitability of their product's waterproofing performance.
Contract Documents
• BGC Concrete's 'Terms and Condi ons of Sale' take precedence over any contractual documenta on unless agreed to by BGC Concrete and its Client prior to delivery to site.
Payment Terms and GST
• COD - Payment required prior to delivery.
• Account sales strictly 30 days.
• Payment by account customers using VISA or MasterCard Credit Cards will attract a 1.5% surcharge.
• BGC Concrete does not accept payment by AMEX.
Testing
• Sampling - A random sampling procedure will be adopted and no assurance is given that the first truck will be tested unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Samples will not be collected on Sundays or Public Holidays, unless requested and agreed to in writing.
