Language and techniques
Different Techniques used by the writers:
There are a lot of techniques for the writer to do different
thing like; short sentences, one-word sentences, repetition
and a lot....
1-the short sentence is used to emphasis the point.
2-the one-word sentence is used to create a dramatic
effect.
3-the repetition is used to link between the paragraphs.
4-the elision is used to make the text chatty.
5-the pronouns are used to reveal the information.
6-the italics is used to technical terms.
7-The bold text is used to draw attention.
8-capitalizing the letters of specific words in the middle of
the sentence is used to represent each word in the
phrase.
Different grammatical structures used by
writers:
1- the passive voice is used to changes the focus to the
object to add more importance to it.
2- the reported speech is used to create tension.
3-the if conditional is used to create wonder.
4-the structure of different sentences;
A-Simple sentences: it is one independent sentence
contains one subject and one predicate.
B-Compound sentences: it has two or more independent
clauses joined by FANBOYS or semicolon.
C-Complex sentences: it contains of one independent
clause and one dependent clause (cannot stand alone).
D-Compound-complex sentences: it contains two or more
independent clauses and one or more dependent clause.
