GUIDELINES / STEPS FOR ROLE APPLICATION UNDER MYTAX SYSTEM (LHDNM
WEBSITE)
1. Go to MyTax system under LHDNM website: https://mytax.hasil.gov.my;
2. Choose ‘ID Type’ as 'Identification Card No.', key in your IC number and ‘Submit’;
3. Enter your individual login password and click ‘Login’

Role Application
STEP 1 → Click
Profile on the top of your right side;
STEP 2 → Click
on your right side;
STEP 3 → Choose the Role Type as New Application;

STEP 4→ Choose the Type of Application as Directors of the company and insert Tax
Identification number, C number (the company info automatically will appear there);
STEP 5 → Upload the supporting documents; Superform (section14), Certificate Incorporation, IC
Copy (colour). All documents that should be uploaded must be in ONE attachment ONLY and
should not exceed 2Mb.
STEP 6 → Click Submit

STEP 7 → Key in your individual login password for confirmation purposes;
STEP 8 → Click Signature; and
STEP 9 → Notification will pop-up once our application has been successful, click OK

Note: The system will show like below after you click ‘OK’
Once approved the application it will show like below. The status will be “Accepted”
