LESSON 11_Praying Together Reminder: Give Reward Cards to anyone who deserves a Reward! ICE BREAKER: (10 mins) ● Find 10 differences = 1point for each correct answer. (ang mabibigyan ng reward cards ay isa lang - ung pinaka unang may makakuha ng highest points) First and highest - will get 2 reward cards Please make sure you read this in your Bible para alam mong ikwento sa kids on their level. Story: (Acts 4:24-30) 1. Hold up a single sheet of paper and easily tear it in half. Explain that sometimes, when we are alone, we might find it difficult to stay strong. 2. Take a new sheet of paper and fold it in half. Then, fold it in half again, repeating the process for a total of 5 folds (depends on the size of your paper), creating multiple layers. Try to tear the folded paper, demonstrating the increased difficulty or inability to tear the folded paper. 3. Give each child 2 pieces of paper and guide them to follow the same process you did earlier. ○ Ipa-punit sa kanila ung isang papel na hindi nafold. ○ Next, guide them in folding the paper until it becomes thick, then let the kids experience tearing it. ○ Then ask them and compare, alin ang mas mahirap punitin? Ung isang papel, o ung nafold ng maraming beses? bakit? 4. Teach that the believers in the early church gathered regularly not just to share meals but to pray together. 5. Reflect on how the shared prayer of the early believers was not only a way to ask God to help but also served as mutual encouragement and strength for one another. REMINDER: ● Remind them to keep their reward cards and collect new rewards next Sunday.
