Focus
Creating Classes and adding students ( Teams Classroom and Edunext):
All Lower secondary and Upper secondary teachers should have their
online classrooms ready with students added in both Teams and Edunext.
If there are still confusions, Please Join a session ( 11:00 am - 11:30 am).
By 12 pm, all HODs should confirm that this has been completed for all
the teachers in their department.

Uploading Lesson Plans for First 2 Weeks:
HODs will work with their department and get the lesson plans for the first
2 weeks uploaded in the ERP for each Grade.
If there are still confusions, Please Join a session (12:30 pm-1:00 pm)
By 1:30 pm all HODs should confirm that this has been completed for all
the Grades

conduct online classes with MS Teams. Resolve issues and challenges
in managing and conducting classes online. For Edunext as well,
teachers should clear up any confusion and receive guidance on how to
set their classes on ERP for full functionality.

The sessions are additionally planned to get guidance on how to
