Cutting the quick, making it bleed.
Dogs are afraid. Traumatised. Hiding their paws.
You try to cut nail, crushing nail before cutting it.
Sharp finish to nails.
Often the dog would squirm and tug their paw at worst possible moment. I knew that eventually I would end up ripping a nail out at the root.
The spring between falls out.
You can’t see how far you need to cut it, because of low light, and you can cut their vein and they can bleed out.
Solution - Nail grinder

It has cover so it can’t pull hair or damage skin, or it can skip from the nail. (lot of them don’t have that).
Lower noise in dB (testing with device with couple of older one in grooming place with noice level meter )
Built in battery. - Easy of use.(Showcasing older models and dog wrapped in cables).
Strong led light, your dogs paw doesn’t have to be right in front your face.
