Roll and round
1. You will need to play this game with a partner.
2. Roll a die four times and write down the numbers in the table
below (your partner is allowed to see the numbers you roll).
3. Rearrange the numbers to make a 4-digit number and write this
down. But don’t let your partner see your new number!
4. Round your number to the nearest 10.
5. Show the rounded number to your partner and ask them to work
out your number.
6. Swap roles and play again.
