Teachers should be good role models for learners. They need to established and maintain good reputation not only in the learning environment but also to the community around them. How will you apply this in your profession As an educator, I will apply this in my profession through showing proper behavior inside and outside the institution. I will show respect to everyone around me. I will be a good role model to everyone, especially to my students and co-teachers. I will maintain the good image of mine as a teacher, as well as the image of the institutions where I came from; Sto. As a teacher, I will treat every one of my students equally, regardless of their age, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, religion, or social religion, and I will refrain from doing anything that could endanger their welfare or way of life. Performance Task 3 From among the 5 phases of Teaching internship, which seems to be difficult? Why? All phases of Teaching Internship might be challenging for me. Since it is my first time to teach the students fully. But, among the five phases of it, the most challenging or seems to be difficult for me is the phase 3-On site task. I need to prepare myself while implementing Phase three (3) of Teaching Internship; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is the phase where I experience a lot of tasks to be perform. It is the phase where the true teachers do the tasks such as checking of seat works and performance tasks, assisting in accomplishing the school forms, and other related activities inside and outside the school campus. Even though it seems to be difficult and challenging, I will do my best to do my profession I choose. I am a future teacher, then I will expect a lot of things or tasks that shaped my personal growth and my profession. Because, teaching is not only about the paper works, teaching, and salary, it is about how I love and enjoy while doing the tasks of being a teacher with all my heart and mind. Writing my Reflection Teaching is the noblest profession among all the profession. Some people said that teaching is tiring, stressful, and life-long learning. Where in fact that is true. But the question is, as a teacher, how can I enjoy my Teaching Internship to the fullest? In the beginning, nervous feeling is normal. It started to question myself about, how can I teach my students? what are the teaching strategies, methods, and techniques I used to become an effective teacher? And what are the background of my students in order for me to adjust myself in terms of teaching? Through this, I started to reflect in order for me to enjoy my teaching internship. I will enjoy my teaching internship to the fullest, first, through loving and hugging education. Through this, I can do my teaching internship with all my heart, mind, and soul. Also, I can deliver my lesson with the sense of love, preparedness, and having humor. Yes, I know that most of the students having difficulty in learning mathematics. I can take the discussion not seriously through inserting jokes that somebody can relate. But, through jokes, my students should learn. Thus, the relationship of me and my students should maintain good. Through that good relationship, of course, the respect should not be taken away. Lastly, doing my best to every challenge I encounter with, to enjoy my teaching internship. Anything that is related to my profession, I accept it with all my heart and mind to make me grow personally and grow as a professional teacher. I believe that through teaching internship will shape and prepare me to the world of teaching in the very near future. I can enjoy every task I have to maintain the good relationship to every person inside and outside the institution; the Central National High School. To sum it up, I can enjoy my teaching internship through loving in education, maintaining good relationship both students and to all teachers/head/principal of my cooperating school.
