you've been putting off because you
feel "you aren't as good".

Be very objective when someone

with them. In fact, add some
things you know to be false into
them, and with a little
persistence, watch them believe
it.

that are grand. Don't say " some"
"little" "good". Use words like " All"
"everybody" "greatest" "fantastic"
"record" . Be polarising.

Immediately correct yourself, and
go for the Win.
Use the statement "I bet you're
a bit like me, ..." 5 times. Use

improvise. write down the
responses and tweak

Use this 3 Times today - "As I see it, you
1 3 | have 3 options". This can be with a family
member, an annoying person, or just a
friend whom you want to help. Remember
to make the 2nd option worse, before
they come with the 3rd option, that they
will inevitably have to pick.
1 4 | Every day we frame many sentences
incorrectly, which hurts our chances of
getting the desired outcome. Deliberately
use the assumptive tone and "nudge"
them to lean towards the outcome you
want. Use those statements 6 times.

Whenever you start making a point
based on logic or selling somebody a

yourself.
