JEE DAILY TIME TABLE 1) Mentor Name: Ayush Tayal 2) College: IIT Bombay 3) JEE Attempts: 1 4) School Board: CBSE 5) Study Method: Tuitions 6) How long did you prepare for the exam: 2 years 7) On average, how many hours per day did you study for the JEE?: 5hrs to 10hrs 8) What type of timetable did you use to prepare for the JEE?: Daily Time-Table Time-Table for Weekdays *This is an ideal time table for a night owl student (not an early bird) as I also used to study till late night. Wake up at 10 a.m 10 am to 11:15 am - Get fresh, take a bath and do breakfast 11:15 am to 2pm - Morning slot for study (Preferable for Maths and Physics) Try to solve as many questions as you can by simultaneously doing proper analysis of the questions. 2 pm to 3 pm - Lunch and relax a bit. 3 pm to 7/8 pm - Coaching’s time for most of the students (If you are free for even 1 or hour in this slot, then do prefer studying or revising old content). This is the best time to revise 11th class chapters if you are in 12th class, otherwise it creates a lot of burden on you to revise 11th as soon as the exam comes near. 8 pm to 9 pm - Dinner and relax (may even use little bit of social media to keep yourself updated) 9 pm to 11:15 pm - Study slot (Again preferable for Physics or Maths, do study that subject which you didn’t study in the morning slot) 11:15 pm to 11:30 pm - Short break (drink coffee or milk etc) 11:30 pm to 2 am - Study slot (Most preferred for chemistry) Since at this time, you will be tired of all the day, therefore, it’s best to study chemistry at this time, as it mostly involves concept understanding with only a little bit of questions. Sleep at 2 am (P.S - 8 hrs of sleep time may be different as per your body requirements but don’t sleep for more than 8 hrs. Also sleep hours get reduced as your exam comes near.) *Also, all the timings may have a deviation of 10/15 minutes as per your need.. Time-Table for Weekends For weekends also, time-table remains the same as discussed for the weekdays, except the time slot scheduled for coachings as in most of the cases, there are no classes on weekends. On weekends: 3 pm to 7/8 pm: Utilize this time to cover the backlogs of any subject (for ex. If for some reason, you weren’t able to study 1 whole chapter, then instead of studying that chapter when your teacher is teaching another chapter, you must cover it later on the weekends. Or in case of no backlogs, use this time for revision of old concepts, or maybe even practicing extra questions of the ongoing chapters. For JEE Main Syllabus, visit the official NTA website with the link provided below: https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/images/syllabus-for-jee-main-2024-as-on-01-november-2023.p df It’s very important to check out the syllabus of the respective you are appearing for, as different exams have different patterns and syllabus covered, therefore, it’s better to prepare for what is gonna be asked in the exam rather than preparing which is not even coming, As JEE Advanced have few topics different from JEE Mains.
