Figures are based on Averages which are normally obtained from Existing Franchises.
Site Rentals vary between R 10 000 and R 15 000 /month typically.
Once a new Franchised Business has a steady customer-base, it is found that profits increase proportionally.
The more Income Streams a Franchised Business can set-up, the better! as it improves the profit margins. Eg:
• Negotiating fixed contracts with other business entities; such as with New-and Used car dealerships for Valets.
• Agreements with resident / co-located Petrol Filling Stations Eg. a free Full Wash 4 Full Tank (Wash paid by Petrol Station)
• Negotiating contracts with government entities; Eg. Fleet Services for local Ambulance/ Fire, Police / Municipal stations.
• Negotiating contracts with taxi-services to service their fleet
Typically, we find it can take up to three months for a new Franchised Business to set in place Multiple Income Streams, which
will normally ensure that the new CarWash Franchise break-even as soon as possible after operations commences.
Trading Figures can be influenced by external factors; Eg. Seasons (winter vs summer) & School / Public Holidays.
It is critically important that there is hands-on Management at the CarWash at all times by a Competent Manager.
Proper record keeping is essential in ensuring one knows the Financial State of the CarWash at any time.
Thank you for your interest.
We look forward to welcoming you to the CarWash WorX- family of Franchised Business owners!
