I am Elmer B. Bardon Jr., a licensed Mechanical Engineer, who graduated in July 2022 and
passed the licensure examination on August 2022, garnering an average of 88.65%. With a year
of experience as a Cadet Project Engineer at Famous Secret Precision Machining, Incorporated
located at Silang Cavite from January 2023 to January 2024, I honed my skills in supervising,
leadership, and machine handling, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure safety and productivity
during every shift and that we produce high-quality products. Generally, I am well adept in a
manufacturing environment. I have experience in CNC milling, turning machines, and
conventional machines such as lathe and grinding machines. My role also required strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities, reading mechanical drawings, and effective collaboration
with colleagues at all levels.
I am excited about the opportunity to apply for the Project Engineer at B-MIRK Enterprises
Corporation as it aligns well with my interest and experiences. I am confident that I have the
necessary skills and the potential to succeed in this role. I am eager to continue learning and
gaining new experiences, as evidenced by my entrepreneurial venture in starting a car wash
business and supporting my family's business upon leaving my previous position. Relocating is
