CEBU SOUTH EAST COUNCIL: 2022 – 2024 I. Chairman (Dennis Noel ) Term of Office: 2 Years The chief executive of the City or Municipal Council. He shall have direct supervision over all the local school-based & community-based and Alumni org within his area of jurisdiction. II. Vice Chairman Internal (Roy) Term of Office: Co Terminus Assist the Chairman in the administration of the jurisdictional area. Will assume Chairmanship In the absence of the Council Chairman. He shall preside the meeting with the Council Assembly members (Chapter GTs). III. Vice Chairman External (Roybel) Term of Office: Co Terminus Assist the Chairman and shall represent the latter if he cannot attend in all assemblies and official visits outside the City Council’s Jurisdiction or Provincial meetings, gatherings, special occasions and or Civilian invitations. IV. City Council Keeper of the Scroll (Sheryl) Term of Office: Co Terminus The City Keeper of the Scroll shall be the Council Executive Secretary and shall keep records of all fraternal documents, copies of which should be forwarded to the Vice Chairman – Internal. He shall be responsible for keeping the minutes in all City Council and Regional Assembly meetings. He shall take the lead and assign the specific tasks of the various Deputies and supervise its overall progress/operation. He shall submit the financial report of the City Council to the Provincial Council. V. City Council Keeper of the Chest (Sis Jane) Term of Office: Co Terminus He shall account for all funds earned and contributed. He shall disburse the same as ordered by the City Council. He shall submit to the City Keep of the Scroll a quarterly financial report and an annual financial report at the end of the fiscal year. VI. City Council Auditor (Brod Eric John) Term of Office: Co Terminus The City Auditor shall check and balance disbursements and procurement of funds at the end of the fiscal year and shall submit a written report to the City Keeper of the Scroll. VII. City Council Secretariat (7 Deputies) Term of Office: Co Terminus A. Deputy Secretary (MKS) He shall be responsible for keeping the minutes in all deputy meetings, documentation of project proposals and financial reports. He shall submit to the City Keeper of the scroll for the overall updates of the projects spearheaded by its deputies. B. Deputy for Budget and Finance (Sis Danica/Santander Chapter / 1 vacant) Bids and awards committee for every project proposal made by members of the council assembly. C. Deputy for Information & Communication (INFOCOM) (Brod Gerald/Perrelos Chapter / Hans ) Manage the social media platform and other advertisement or for widest dissemination. D. Deputy for Special Projects (Brod Jeff/ Claire / Carcar Chapter) Project formulation & implementation i.e. Sports and Outreach Program. E. Deputy for Membership and Organization (Nina / 1 vacant) Liaison officer T.I.T.A Database Project / New & Old membership records. F. Deputy for the Interior (Fraternal Public relations) (Brod Myko / Sibonga Chapter ) Make sure all the council policies have been enforced to local Chapters. Spearhead and plan for all kinds of Chapter visits to check for the status quo and welfare of the constituents. G. Deputy for Alumni & Elders Affairs (Bro Derick James / 1 Vacant) Shall represent the City Council for all Alumni & Elders Organizational gatherings and or assemblies. Shall support the formulations of Elders group within the local chapter. VIII. The City Judicial Council (Disciplinarian) (Brod Sansan / Runzee / Brod Tan / santander) Term of Office: Co Terminus They are composed of 3 Active members with good standing in the Fraternity. Their main role is to To hear, litigate and decide on all cases and complaints pertaining to Fraternal matters by any Triskelion member or Chapter. To review all complaints, recall and suspension proceedings and render the final decisions for or against any elected official of the Fraternity. To act as the final authority on expulsion of erring members. To automatically constitute itself into the Commission on Election in city council election. In cases, which remain unresolved, it shall be forwarded to the Provincial Judicial Council.
