‫اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻄﺎت اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ‬
‫ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺔ ‪:‬‬
‫اﺳﺘﻨﺎدًا ﻟﻘﺮار ﻣﺠﻠﺲ اﻟﻮزراء اﻟﻤﻮﻗﺮ رﻗﻢ ‪ ١٧٥‬ﺑﺘﺎرﻳﺦ ‪١٤٠٩/٩/١٨‬هـ اﻟﻘﺎﺿﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﻮاﻋﺪ ﺗﺤﺪﻳﺪ اﻟﻨﻄﺎق اﻟﻌﻤﺮاﻧﻲ ﻟﻤﺪن اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ واﻟﻀﻮاﺑﻂ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ داﺧﻞ وﺧﺎرج ﺣﺪود‬
‫ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اﻟﻨﻄﺎق اﻟﻌﻤﺮاﻧﻲ وﻷﺟﻞ ﺗﻮﺣﻴﺪ إﺟﺮاءات اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ ﻃﻠﺒﺎت آﻬﺮﺑﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻄﺎت اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﺎﻟﻜﻲ وﻣﻄﻮري ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻄﺎت ﻓﻘﺪ ﺗﻢ إﻋﺪاد هﺬﻩ اﻹﺟﺮاءات ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ‬
‫هﺬﻩ اﻟﻄﻠﺒﺎت‪.‬‬
‫أوﻻ ‪ :‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ اﻹﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ اﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺼﺎدر اﻟﻤﺘﻮﻓﺮة‪:‬‬
‫إذا ﺗﻮﻓﺮة اﻹﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ اﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺼﺎدر اﻟﻤﺘﻮﻓﺮة ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﻻ ﺗﺰﻳﺪ اﻟﻤﺴﺎﻓﺔ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﻣﺼﺪر اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ إﻟﻰ ﺑﺪاﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﻋﻦ ‪ ١٠‬آﻢ ﻟﻠﺠﻬﺪ ‪ ١٣٫٨‬ك‪.‬ف ﻓﻴﺘﻢ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ‬
‫ﻃﻠﺒﺎت آﻬﺮﺑﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻄﺎت اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺣﺴﺐ ﻟﻠﻤﺨﻄﻂ اﻹﻧﺴﻴﺎﺑﻲ اﻟﻤﺮﻓﻖ ) ﻣﺮﻓﻖ رﻗﻢ ‪( ١‬‬
‫وذﻟﻚ وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ ‪:‬‬
‫‪-١‬‬
‫ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﺰوﻳﺪ اﻟﻤﻄﻮر ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮاﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﺼﻤﻴﻢ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ اﻷرﺿﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺠﻬﺪ‬
‫‪ ١٣٫٨‬ك‪.‬ف ) ﻣﺮﻓﻖ رﻗﻢ ‪.( ٢‬‬
‫‪-٢‬‬
‫ﻳﻘﻮم اﻟﻤﻄﻮر ﺑﺎﻹﺗﻔﺎق ﻣﻊ أﺣﺪ اﻟﻤﻜﺎﺗﺐ اﻟﻬﻨﺪﺳﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة وذﻟﻚ ﻟﺘﺼﻤﻴﻢ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ‬
‫اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ) ﺟﻬﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ وﻣﻨﺨﻔﺾ ( وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﻤﻮاﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ‬
‫اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻠﻤﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪-٣‬‬
‫ﺗﻘﻮم اﻟﺸﺮآﺔ ﺑﻤﺮاﺟﻌﺔ دراﺳﺔ اﻟﻤﻜﺘﺐ اﻟﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ وﻣﻦ ﺛﻢ اﻋﺘﻤﺎدهﺎ وﺗﺤﺪﻳﺪ‬
‫ﻣﺼﺪر اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ وﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ اﻟﺮﺑﻂ‪.‬‬
‫‪-٤‬‬
‫إذا ﺗﺠﺎوز إﺟﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﻌﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﻄﺎت اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﺗﺮآﻴﺒﻬﺎ ‪ ٢٠‬م‪.‬ف‪.‬أ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻳﺘﻢ اﻟﺘﻨﺴﻴﻖ‬
‫ﻣﻊ ﻧﺸﺎط اﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﺣﻮل ﻣﻮﻗﻊ ﻣﺤﻄﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒﻠﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ وﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﺼﻤﻴﻢ‬
‫ﺧﻂ اﻟﺮﺑﻂ اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻲ ﻣﻦ أﻗﺮب ﻣﺤﻄﺔ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻞ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ داﺋﺮة ﺣﻠﻘﻴﺔ واﺣﺪة‪.‬‬

‫‪-٥‬‬
‫إذا آﺎن إﺟﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﻌﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﻄﺎت اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﺗﺮآﻴﺒﻬﺎ أﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ أو ﺗﺴﺎوي ‪ ٢٠‬م‪.‬ف‪.‬أ‬
‫ﻓﺘﺘﻢ ﺗﻐﺬﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﻣﻦ أﻗﺮب ﺷﺒﻜﺔ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ داﺋﺮة ﺣﻠﻘﻴﺔ واﺣﺪة ﺣﺴﺐ ﻧﻈﺎم‬
‫اﻟﺘﺨﻄﻴﻂ اﻟﻤﺘﺒﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ‪.‬‬
‫‪-٦‬‬
‫ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻊ اﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ آﻬﺮﺑﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻟﺸﺮآﺔ واﻟﻤﻄﻮر ) ﻣﺮﻓﻖ رﻗﻢ ‪.( ٣‬‬
‫‪-٧‬‬
‫ﻳﻘﻮم اﻟﻤﻄﻮر ﺑﺎﻻﺗﻔﺎق ﻣﻊ أﺣﺪ اﻟﻤﻘﺎوﻟﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﺆهﻠﻴﻦ ﻟﺪى اﻟﺸﺮآﺔ ﻟﺘﻮرﻳﺪ وﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ‬
‫آﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﺠﻬﺪ اﻟﻤﺘﻮﺳﻂ داﺧﻞ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ وﺧﻄﻮط اﻟﺮﺑﻂ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺼﺎدر اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ‬
‫ﺣﺴﺐ ﻣﻮاﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﺸﺮآﺔ وﺗﺤﺖ إﺷﺮاﻓﻬﺎ‪.‬‬
‫‪-٨‬‬
‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﺟﻮد ﺷﺒﻜﺔ آﻬﺮﺑﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ )هﻮاﺋﻴﺔ أو أرﺿﻴﺔ(‬
‫ﺗﺘﻌﺎرض ﻣﻊ ﺗﺨﻄﻴﻂ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﻓﺈن اﻟﻤﻄﻮر ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ آﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺘﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ اﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻘﻞ أو إﻟﻐﺎء هﺬﻩ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫‪-٩‬‬
‫ﻻ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻊ ﻣﺤﻀﺮ اﺳﺘﻼم اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ ) ﻣﺮﻓﻖ رﻗﻢ ‪ ( ٤‬وإﻃﻼق اﻟﺘﻴﺎر إﻻ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻗﻴﺎم‬
‫ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﺑﺈﻓﺮاغ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ اﻟﻤﺤﻄﺔ اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ وﻣﻮاﻗﻊ اﻟﻤﺤﻄﺎت اﻟﻔﺮﻋﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺑﺎﺳﻢ اﻟﺸﺮآﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -١٠‬ﻳﺠﺐ ﺗﺮآﻴﺐ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﻤﻮاد ) ﻣﺤﻄﺎت وﺷﺒﻜﺎت ( ﺣﺴﺐ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة ﺑﺪون‬
‫اﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎء‪.‬‬
‫ﺛﺎﻧﻴ ًﺎ ‪ :‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم ﺗﻮﻓﺮ اﻹﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ اﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺼﺎدر اﻟﻤﺘﻮﻓﺮة‪:‬‬
‫‪ -١‬إذا آﺎن اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﺑﻌﻴﺪ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺼﺎدر اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ ) أآﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ‪ ١٠‬آﻢ ﻟﻠﺠﻬﺪ ‪ ١٣٫٨‬ك‪.‬ف (‬
‫وﻻ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﻓﻨﻴﺎً ﺗﻐﺬﻳﺘﻪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺼﺎدر اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮدة وﻳﻠﺰم ﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺘﻪ إﻧﺸﺎء ﻣﺤﻄﺔ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻞ‬
‫رﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ ﻓﻴﻘﻮم ﻧﺸﺎط اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻨﺴﻴﻖ ﻣﻊ ﻧﺸﺎط اﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت إﻧﺸﺎء‬
‫ﻣﺤﻄﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ وﺗﻘﺪﻳﺮ اﻟﺘﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ وﻳﺘﻢ إﺷﻌﺎر اﻟﻤﻄﻮر ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -٢‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﻤﻄﻮر ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻤﻮﻳﻞ إﻧﺸﺎء ﻣﺼﺪر اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ ﻓﻴﻘﻮم ﻧﺸﺎط اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ‬
‫ﺑﺘﻮﻗﻴﻊ اﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻤﻮﻳﻞ ﻣﻌﻪ وﻣﻦ ﺛﻢ ﻳﺰود ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮاﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﺼﻤﻴﻢ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ‬
‫اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ واﺳﺘﻜﻤﺎل اﻹﺟﺮاءات اﻟﻤﺬآﻮرة ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﻨﺪ أو ًﻻ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -٣‬إذا ﻟﻢ ﻳﻮاﻓﻖ اﻟﻤﻄﻮر ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻤﻮﻳﻞ ﻣﺼﺪر اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ ﻓﺈن ﻋﻠﻴﻪ اﻻﻧﺘﻈﺎر ﻟﺤﻴﻦ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ‬
‫اﻟﻤﺼﺪر ﺣﺴﺐ ﺧﻄﻂ اﻟﺸﺮآﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺛﺎﻟﺜ ًﺎ ‪ :‬اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻄﺎت اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة ﻣﻦ هﻴﺌﺔ اﻟﻤﺪن اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻴﺔ ‪:‬‬
‫اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻄﺎت اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة ﻣﻦ هﻴﺌﺔ اﻟﻤﺪن اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﺗﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﺠﻬﺔ اﻟﻤﺴﺌﻮﻟﺔ ﻋﻦ‬
‫ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮهﺎ ﺗﻤﻮﻳﻞ آﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ ﺷﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻣﺤﻄﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ وﺷﺒﻜﺎت‬
‫وﻣﺤﻄﺎت اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ‪.‬‬

‫اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ‬
‫ﻳﺤﺎل اﻟﻄﻠﺐ إﻟﻰ هﻨﺪﺳﺔ اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ‬
‫ﻟﻠﺘﻨﺴﻴﻖ ﻣﻊ ﻧﺸﺎط اﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ‬
‫ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ‬

‫ﺷﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ ) ﺟﻬﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ وﻣﻨﺨﻔﺾ ( ﻣﺮﻓﻖ رﻗﻢ ) ‪( ٢‬‬
‫اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮك ﻣﻮاﻓﻖ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻤﻮﻳﻞ‬
‫ﻳﻘﻮم ﻃﺎﻟﺐ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﺗﻔﺎق ﻣﻊ أﺣﺪ اﻟﻤﻜﺎﺗﺐ اﻟﻬﻨﺪﺳﻴﺔ‬
‫اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة ﻟﺘﺼﻤﻴﻢ آﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ ) ﺟﻬﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ وﻣﻨﺨﻔﺾ (‬
‫ﻧﻌﻢ‬
‫ﺗﺘﻮﻟﻰ هﻨﺪﺳﺔ اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ‬

General Guide Lines
For
Design of Electrical Distribution Network
of
Private Schemes

Introduction:
These guide lines are compiled for the Design/Consulting Engineering Offices
to give them a brief description of the practice being followed by Saudi Electric
Company (SEC) for the design of electrical distribution network of Private
Schemes (‫)ﻣﺨﻄﻄ ﺎت ﺧﺎﺻ ﺔ‬. This takes into account the general norms and
standards adopted by SEC. This will help them present their reports in line with
SEC's requirements and will streamline and simplify the process of approval of
the design.
Baladiah's Approved Drawing:
Before commencing the design of Electrical Distribution Network of Private
Schemes ( ‫)ﻣﺨﻄﻄ ﺎت ﺧﺎﺻ ﺔ‬, the approval must be obtained from Baladiah ( ‫)اﻹﻣﺎﻧ ﺔ‬
for the scheme. This approval must have the information regarding the type
(Residential, commercial, industrial etc;) of plots, the maximum allowable
construction on the plot (Covered Area) and the number of floors for each
building.
The Design Office (Consulting Engineer) shall proceed to estimate the load of
the buildings in the scheme on the basis of type, maximum allowable
construction & number of floors as explained below:
Estimation of Load:
(a) Work out the covered area of the building taking into account the
allowable construction area in the scheme, readily approved by Baladiah
(‫)اﻹﻣﺎﻧﺔ‬.
(b) Calculate the total load (kVA) according to the covered area (sq. meter)
from the Ministry (MOIE) Guidelines for consumer load estimation as
given in the attached Exhibit-1.
(c) Maximum Demand Load (MDL) shall be calculated as :
MDL = Connected Load x Demand Factor (Dem. F)
Where the Demand Factor (Dem. F) shall be selected from the table-1
given below;

Estimation of Load on Cable:
Demand Load (DL) of a group of customers being fed from the same source
is calculated as:
Demand Load = Sum of (MDL) of individual Customers / Diversity
Factor
Where Diversity Factor (D.F) = 1.25 / [0.67 + (0.33/ √N)]
And Co-incident Factor = 1/D.F
N = Number of consumers (energy meters) and is always greater than 1.
For N=1, D.F=1
If the individual Consumers are of different loads, then the Demand
Load (DL) is estimated as :
Demand Load = MDL of the largest consumer on the same source +
[Sum of the MDLs of the remaining consumers / D.F for the remaining
number of Customers].
Selection of Cable Size:
Cables shall be selected based on the Demand Load estimation as explained
above and from the cable ratings given in Table-2 below:
• The cables shall not be loaded more than 80% of its rated capacity.

Low Voltage Network Design:
Outgoing cables from Distribution Substations shall be 4x300 mm2 (Al).
Wherever suitable the Distribution Cabinets shall be employed. The outgoing
cables from the Distribution Cabinet shall be of sizes 4x185 mm2 or 4x70 mm2
(Al). The Distribution Cabinets and Transformers shall generally be located at
the load center.
• Maximum allowable length from the substation to the customer is 250
meters for 220/127 Volts system and 420 meters for 380/220 Volts
system.
• Low Voltage cable should not cross any road 36 meters wide.
• Maximum Voltage Drop must not exceed + 5% of declared Voltage.

Voltage Drop Calculations:
Voltage Drop over a length of cable shall be calculated as:
Voltage Drop (%) = (kVA x Length of LV Feeder) / K
Where K is determined from the table-3 below:

Distribution Transformers:
Distribution Transformers shall generally be of size 500/1000 kVA. They shall
be preferably located at Services ( ‫ )ﻣﻮاﻗ ﻊ اﻟﺨ ﺪﻣﺎت‬and at or closest to the load
center as far as geographically possible. They should be located on asphalted or
leveled roads so that the medium voltage cables can be laid without any
hindrance or difficulty.
The loading of the Distribution Transformers shall not exceed 80% of their full
load rated capacity (kVA). Percentage Loading of a Distribution Transformer
shall be determined as follows:
%age Loading = Sum of Loads of individual consumers x (Dem.F) x (C.F) for
total number of customers on the Substation.
Where
(Dem.F) = Demand Factor
(C.F) = Co-incident Factor
Distribution Cabinets:
Distribution Cabinets shall be employed where ever 3 or more plots can be fed
by a single Low Voltage feeder from the substation.
• Distribution cabinets shall be installed between two plots to avoid
future relocation.
• They should be located at the load center as far as geographically
possible.
Design Submittals:
A complete design Report shall be submitted by the Consulting Engineers
which shall constitute the following:

1. The Electrical Network Design shall be submitted for review and
subsequent approval giving brief description of the Scheme such as:
• Total Area of the Scheme.
• Total Area of the plots to be electrified.
• Classification of the Plots (Residential, commercial etc)
• Allowable construction area and number of stories.
• No. of units (Energy meters) for each plot.
2. Design Calculations shall be submitted with the following information
for each plot:
• Area of plot
• Covered area of plot
• Equivalent Load in kVA.
• Maximum demand in kVA
• Source of feeding (Cabinet no or Substation Number)
• Distance from the source
• Cable size of the feeder
• Voltage Drop in %
3. The Design Calculations shall be given in tabulated form. Please see the
attached sample (Exhibit-2).
4. The Design Report shall include the following:
• A copy of Scheme Drawing approved by Baladiah ( ‫)اﻹﻣﺎﻧﺔ‬
• Drawings showing proposed location of Distribution Substations,
Distribution Cabinets and Electrical Distribution Network of the
scheme with feeding to each plot in the scheme.

‫وﻟﻤﺎ آﺎن اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻳﺮﻏﺐ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻞ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ اﻟﻜﻬﺮﺑﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺨﻄﻂ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪ اﻟﻤﺬآﻮر أﻋﻼﻩ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺗﻢ‬
‫اﻻﺗﻔﺎق ﺑﻴﻦ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ ‪-:‬‬
‫‪ - ١‬ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﺴﻮﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ اﻟﻤﺬآﻮر واﻟﻄﺮق اﻟﻤﺆدﻳﺔ إﻟﻴﻪ ﺣﺴﺐ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﻴﺐ اﻟﻨﻬﺎﺋﻴﺔ‬
‫ﻟﻠﺸﻮارع اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺠﻬﺎت ذات اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﻣﺜﻞ اﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﺔ واﻷﻣﺎﻧﺔ ووزارة اﻟﻨﻘﻞ وذﻟﻚ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺒﺪء‬
‫ﻓﻲ أﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٢‬ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﺨﺼﻴﺺ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ ﻟﻤﺤﻄﺔ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻞ رﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ ﺑﻤﺴﺎﺣﺔ ) × ( م‪ ٢‬ﺣﺴﺐ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ‬
‫اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻢ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٣‬ﻳﻘﻮم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﻤﻌﺮﻓﺘﻪ وﻋﻠﻲ ﻧﻔﻘﺘﻪ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ ﻣﻊ أﺣﺪ اﻟﻤﻘﺎوﻟﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﺆهﻠﻴﻦ ﻟﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف‬
‫اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت اﻟﻜﻬﺮﺑﺎﺋﻴﺔ اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ ﺣﺴﺐ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬

‫ز ‪ -‬وﺿﻊ أﻧﺎﺑﻴﺐ ﺑﻼﺳﺘﻴﻜﻴﺔ ﺑﻘﻄﺮ ‪ ١١٠‬ﻣﻠﻢ ﻟﻜﺎﺑﻼت اﻟﺠﻬﺪ اﻟﻤﻨﺨﻔﺾ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒﻠﻴﺔ ﻋﻨﺪ‬
‫اﻟﺘﻘﺎﻃﻌﺎت آﻤﺎ هﻮ ﻣﻮﺿﺢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻢ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻷول‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٤‬ﻳﻘﻮم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺈﺷﻌﺎر اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺧﻄﻴًﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻘﺎول اﻟﺬى ﺗﻢ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ ﻣﻌﻪ وﺗﺰوﻳﺪﻩ ﺑﺼﻮرة ﻣﻦ‬
‫اﻟﻌﻘﺪ وإﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول إﻟﻴﻪ ﻻﺳﺘﻜﻤﺎل إﺟﺮاءات اﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٥‬ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول اﻟﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﺘﺼﺎرﻳﺢ واﻟﺮﺧﺺ اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ ) ﺣﻖ اﻟﻤﺮور ( ﻣﻦ اﻟﺠﻬﺎت‬
‫اﻟﻤﻌﻨﻴﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺒﺪء ﺑﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٦‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﺟﻮد ﺷﺒﻜﺔ آﻬﺮﺑﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ )هﻮاﺋﻴﺔ أو أرﺿﻴﺔ( ﺗﺘﻌﺎرض ﻣﻊ‬
‫ﺗﺨﻄﻴﻂ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ هﺬا اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﻓﺈن اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ آﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺘﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ اﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻘﻞ أو إﻟﻐﺎء هﺬﻩ‬
‫اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٧‬ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺗﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ أي ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ ﻳﻠﺰم إﺟﺮاءﻩ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ‬
‫اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﻣﻦ اﻷﻣﺎﻧﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٨‬ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﺰوﻳﺪ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﻤﻮاﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻤﻮاد اﻟﻤﺰﻣﻊ اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ‬
‫وﻋﻠﻴﻪ اﻟﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺔ ﺧﻄﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺷﺮاء ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﻤﻮاد‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٩‬ﻳﻠﺰم ﺣﺼﻮل اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻋﻠﻰ ﺿﻤﺎن ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺪات اﻟﺘﻲ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺗﺮآﻴﺒﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺠﻬﺔ اﻟﻤﺼﻨﻌﺔ‬
‫ﻟﻬﺬﻩ اﻟﻤﻮاد ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﻳﻜﻮن اﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﺑﺈﺳﻢ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ وﻳﺴﻠﻢ ﻟﻪ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١٠‬ﻗﺒﻞ ﺑﺪء اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺟﺪول زﻣﻨﻲ ﻟﻠﺘﻮرﻳﺪ واﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ‬
‫ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ واﻟﺘﻨﺴﻴﻖ ﻣﻌﻪ ﻟﻺﺷﺮاف ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ وﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول اﻟﺘﻘﻴﺪ ﺑﺘﻮﺟﻴﻬﺎت ﻣﺸﺮﻓﻲ‬
‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ وﺗﻬﻴﺌﺔ ﻣﻜﺘﺐ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻟﻬﻢ إذا ﻃﻠﺐ ﻣﻨﻪ ذﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١١‬ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺷﻬﺎدات اﻹﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ واﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺒﻴﻦ ﺳﻼﻣﺔ وﺻﻼﺣﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻮاد‬
‫اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺒﺪء ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ ‪ ،‬وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ رﻏﺒﺔ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻗﻴﺎم‬
‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﻬﺬﻩ اﻹﺧﺘﺒﺎرات وآﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ رﻏﺒﺔ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺣﻀﻮر اﻹﺧﺘﺒﺎرات ﻓﺈن ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ اﻟﺠﺪول اﻟﺰﻣﻨﻲ ﻟﻺﺧﺘﺒﺎرات وﺗﺴﺪﻳﺪ اﻟﺮﺳﻮم اﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ذﻟﻚ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١٢‬ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ اﻟﺮﺋﺴﻴﺴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺨﻄﻂ وذﻟﻚ ﻟﺮﺑﻂ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﺑﻤﺼﺪر ‪/‬‬
‫ﻣﺼﺎدر اﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺤﺪدهﺎ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١٣‬ﻋﻨﺪ اآﺘﻤﺎل ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ آﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ ﺣﺴﺐ اﻟﻤﻮاﺻﻔﺎت ﻓﺈن ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول‬
‫ﺗﺰوﻳﺪ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﻤﺨﻄﻄﺎت اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬة ﺣﺴﺐ اﻟﻮاﻗﻊ وﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺟﺪاول آﻤﻴﺎت ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺪات‬
‫واﻟﻜﺎﺑﻼت اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﺗﻤﻬﻴﺪًا ﻻﺳﺘﻼم ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١٤‬ﻳﻘﻮم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ وﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺴﺎب اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺈﺟﺮاء اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎرات اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺪات واﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت‬
‫اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﺄآﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺳﻼﻣﺘﻬﺎ وﺟﺎهﺰﻳﺘﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﺘﺸﻐﻴﻞ ﻗﺒﻞ اﺳﺘﻼﻣﻬﺎ وﻳﺘﻢ إﺑﻼغ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول‬
‫ﺑﺄﻳﺔ ﻋﻴﻮب ﻓﻨﻴﺔ ﺗﻈﻬﺮهﺎ هﺬﻩ اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎرات وﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول إﺻﻼح هﺬﻩ اﻟﻌﻴﻮب‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١٥‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻃﻠﺐ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻓﺈن اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻳﻘﻮم ﺑﺒﻨﺎء ﺳﻮر ﺣﺎﺋﻄﻲ وﺑﻮاﺑﺔ ﺣﺪﻳﺪﻳﺔ ﻟﻜﻞ‬
‫ﻣﺤﻄﺔ ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ ﺣﺴﺐ ﻣﻮاﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١٦‬ﻳﻘﻮم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﺘﺄآﺪ ﻣﻦ إﺻﻼح اﻟﻌﻴﻮب إن وﺟﺪت ﺑﺎﻻﺳﺘﻼم اﻟﻨﻬﺎﺋﻲ ﻟﻠﺸﺒﻜﺔ وﺗﺼﺒﺢ‬
‫آﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬة ﻣﻠﻜ ًﺎ ﻟﻪ وﺗﻘﻊ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺔ ﺻﻴﺎﻧﺘﻬﺎ وﺗﺸﻐﻴﻠﻬﺎ وﻳﻜﻮن ﻟﻪ ﺣﻖ اﻟﺘﻐﻴﻴﺮ واﻟﺘﻌﺪﻳﻞ‬
‫وﺗﻐﺬﻳﺔ أي ﻃﺎﻟﺐ ﺧﺪﻣﺔ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ دون اﻟﺮﺟﻮع ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻷول أو ﻣﻦ ﺗﺆول إﻟﻴﻪ ﻣﻠﻜﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ أو ﻣﻠﻜﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺟﺰء ﻣﻨﻪ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١٧‬ﻳﺠﺐ أن ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ اﻹﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻌﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول واﻟﻤﻘﺎول اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ ﻟﻠﺸﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻨﺪ ﻳﻨﺺ ﻋﻠﻰ أن آﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬة ﺗﺨﻀﻊ ﻟﻔﺘﺮة ﺿﻤﺎن ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ ﺳﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ اﺳﺘﻼﻣﻬﺎ‪،‬‬
‫ﻳﻜﻮن اﻟﻤﻘﺎول ﻣﺴﺆوﻻ ﺧﻼﻟﻬﺎ أﻣﺎم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻋﻦ ﺗﺼﺤﻴﺢ أي ﻋﻴﻮب أو أﺧﻄﺎء ﺗﻈﻬﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ ﺧﻼل ﻓﺘﺮة اﻟﻀﻤﺎن‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١٨‬ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻓﻮر اﻻﻧﺘﻬﺎء ﻣﻦ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﺑﻤﺮاﺟﻌﺔ آﺘﺎﺑﺔ اﻟﻌﺪل ﻹﻓﺮاغ اﻟﻤﺴﺎﺣﺎت‬
‫اﻟﻤﺨﺼﺼﺔ ﻟﻤﺤﻄﺎت اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ وﻣﺤﻄﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ ) إن وﺟﺪت ( ﺑﺎﺳﻢ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ١٩‬ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺎﻗﺘﻄﺎع ﻣﻮاﻗﻊ اﻟﻤﺤﻄﺎت ﻣﻦ ﺻﻜﻮك اﻷراﺿﻲ اﻟﻤﺒﺎﻋﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻮاﻃﻨﻴﻦ وذﻟﻚ ﻋﻨﺪ‬
‫اﻹﻓﺮاغ ﻟﺪى آﺘﺎﺑﺔ اﻟﻌﺪل وﻋﺪم اﺣﺘﺴﺎﺑﻬﺎ ﺿﻤﻦ اﻟﻤﺴﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﺎﻋﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٢٠‬ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﻣﻮاﻗﻊ اﻟﻤﺤﻄﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻣﻠﻜﺎ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺪون ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﺎدي ﺑﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎرهﺎ‬
‫ﺿﺮورﻳﺔ ﻹﻳﺼﺎل اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ اﻟﻜﻬﺮﺑﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻟﻬﺬا اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ وﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻷول أو ﻣﻦ ﺳﺘﺆول إﻟﻴﻪ ﻣﻠﻜﻴﺔ‬
‫اﻷراﺿﻲ أو اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ اﻟﻤﻄﺎﻟﺒﺔ ﺑﺘﻌﻮﻳﺾ ﻣﺎدي أو ﻏﻴﺮﻩ أو اﻟﺘﻌﺪي ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﻤﻮاﻗﻊ أو اﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎص‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺘﻬﺎ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٢١‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺑﻴﻊ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ أو ﺟﺰء ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻌﻠﻰ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول إﻟﺰام اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮي ﺑﺸﺮوط هﺬﻩ اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ ﺿﻤﻦ‬
‫اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﻟﻨﺎﻗﻞ ﻟﻠﻤﻠﻜﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٢٢‬ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻣﺨﻄﻂ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ اﻟﻤﺤﺪد ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻮاﻗﻊ اﻟﻤﺤﻄﺎت واﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ واﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ آﻼ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﺟﺰءًا ﻻ ﻳﺘﺠﺰأ ﻣﻦ هﺬﻩ اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٢٣‬ﻻ ﻳﺘﻢ إﻃﻼق اﻟﺘﻴﺎر ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ إﻻ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻗﻴﺎم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺈﻓﺮاغ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﻤﻮاﻗﻊ اﻟﻤﺨﺼﺼﺔ‬
‫ﻟﻤﺤﻄﺎت اﻟﺘﻮزﻳﻊ اﻟﻔﺮﻋﻴﺔ وﻣﺤﻄﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ ﺑﺈﺳﻢ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٢٤‬اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﻠﺰم ﺑﻜﻬﺮﺑﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﺗﺼﺮف اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺄراﺿﻲ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ‬
‫ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻴﻊ أو اﻟﺘﻨﺎزل ﻗﺒﻞ ﻗﻴﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﻜﻬﺮﺑﺎﺋﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ - ٢٥‬ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ آﻞ ﻃﺮف آﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ إﺧﻼﻟﻪ ﺑﺎﻹﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﻲ أي ﺑﻨﺪ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﺑﻨﻮد اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫ﺗﻢ إﻋﺪاد هﺬﻩ اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺛﻼث ﻧﺴﺦ ﻳﺤﺘﻔﻆ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﻨﺴﺨﻪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ وﻳﺤﺘﻔﻆ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﻨﺴﺨﺘﻴﻦ ‪.‬‬
‫وﺗﻮﺛﻴﻘﺎ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺗﻢ اﻹﺗﻔﺎق ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻗﺎم آﻼ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﺑﺘﻮﻗﻴﻊ اﻹﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
