The KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 is a dental treatment device according to DIN 13 936 and ISO 74 94. A 1.1.1 Avvisi per l’utente A 1.1.1 Instructions à l’intention du praticien A 1.1.1 Operator notes Per la riproduzione o l’inoltro a terzi delle istruzioni per l’uso, la manutenzione ed il montaggio (GWM) è necessaria la previa autorizzazione della Ditta KaVo. Tutti i dati tecnici, le informazioni e le caratteristiche di funzionamento del Suo apprecchio, descritto nel presente manuale per l’uso, il montaggio e la manutenzione, sono quelli corrispondenti alla configurazione dell’apparecchio all’atto della pubblicazione dello stesso manuale. Sono possibili modifiche e miglioramenti del prodotto sulla base di innovazioni tecniche. Tali modifiche del prodotto non implicano alcun diritto in merito a successive modifiche di impianti già installati. La KaVo garantisce per la sicurezza, l’affidabilità e le prestazioni del KaVo INTRAsept ® 905. Per il riconoscimento di tali garanzie sono valide le seguenti premesse: • Il montaggio, gli ampliamenti, le nuove regolazioni, le modifiche e le riparazioni devono essere effettuate da tecnici addestrati ed autorizzati dalla KaVo • Questo apparecchio è stato costruito in conformità alle norme vigenti. A norma di legge non sono consentite modifiche che pregiudichino la sicurezza dell’apparecchio. Le norme VDE 0 750 e 0 751 devono essere osservate in ogni caso. • L’installazione della rete elettrica nel relativo locale deve essere conforme alle prescrizioni ed alle norme secondo VDE 0100 e VDE 0107. Il KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 è protetto contro i ra diodisturbi secondo le norme VDE e CEE. Se la tensione di rete è differente da quella impostata sull’apparecchio si deve provvedere a regolarla mediante il selettore di tensione. (Vedasi B 3.3 Modifica della tensione di rete) • Il KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 deve essere utilizzato in conformità alle istruzioni riportate nel presente manuale. Le omologazioni concesse perdono la loro validità nel caso che le modifiche vengano effettuate da terzi. Per il funzionamento e le riparazioni del KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 devono essere utilizzate unicamente parti di ricambio originali. 2 La reproduction et la diffusion de ces instructions de montage, de service et d’entretien nécessitent l’accord préalable de KaVo. Les caractéristiques techniques et informations relatives à l’équipement décrit dans ces instructions correspondent à la situation à la mise sous presse. Le constructeur se réserve le droit d’apporter au dit équipement des modifications ou des améliorations découlant de nouveaux développements techniques. Cette réserve ne donne pas droit à l’équipement a posteriori d’appareils déjà installés. KaVo se porte garant de la sûreté, de la fiabilité et des performances de l’élément KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 dans la mesure où : • Le montage, les extensions, les réglages a posteriori, les modifications ou les réparations sont effectués par des personnes formées par KaVo et ayant reçu son habilitation. • Cet équipement a été fabriqué conformé ment à la réglementation en vigueur. Les dispositions légales interdisent toute modification pouvant affecter la sécurité de l’équipement. Les spécifications VDE 0 750 et 0 751 doivent être respectées dans leur intégralité. • L’installation électrique doit satisfaire aux exigences et aux dispositions contenues dans les spécifications VDE 0100 et 0107. L’élément KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 répond aux exigences posées par VDE et a fait l’objet d’un déparasitage suivant les directives de VDE et de la CEE. Si la tension est différente, ne pas oublier de l’adapter en utilisant le sélecteur de tension. (Voir B 3.3 Adaptation de la tension) • L’ensemble KaVo INTRAsept R 905 doit être utilisé conformément aux instructions de montage, de service et d’entretien. Toute modification de l’équipement par un tiers entraîne automatiquement l’annulation de l’homologation. Pour l’utilisation de l’ensemble KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 ou en cas de réparations, seules doivent être utilisées des pièces de rechange KaVo d’origine. Duplication and disclosure of the operating, maintenance and assembly instructions (OMA) are subject to prior consent by KaVo. All the technical data, information and characteristics of the unit described in these OMA instructions were compiled to the best of our knowledge and reflect the status at the time of printing. We reserve the right to make modifications and improvements to the product which are due to new developments in engineering. This shall not entitle owners of units already installed to retroactive modification. KaVo guarantees the safety, reliability and performance of the KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 under the following conditions: • Assembly, extensions, new adjustments, modifications or repairs must be carried out by persons trained and authorized by KaVo. • This treatment device has been manufactured in accordance with current regulations. Modifications that may affect safety are prohibited by law. Full compliance with VDE regulations 0750 and 0751 is required. • The electrical installation of the surgery must comply with the requirements and specifications of VDE 0100 and VDE 0107. The KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 has been VDE-tested and approved and is interference-suppressed according to VDE and EC directives. Voltage selector position must match mains voltage (see B 3.3 Mains voltage adaptation). • The KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 must be operated in accordance with the operating, maintenance and assembly instructions. Approvals expire upon modification of unit by third parties. Only original spare parts may be used to operate and repair the KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 unit. KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 D GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG A1 Gebrauchsanweisung KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 A1 A 1.1 Wichtige Hinweise Das KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 ist ein zahnärztliches Behandlungsgerät nach DIN 13 936 und ISO 74 94. A 1.1.1 Hinweise für den Betreiber Vervielfältigung und Weitergabe der Gebrauchs-, Wartungs- und Montageanweisung (GWM) bedürfen der vorherigen Zustimmung der Fa. KaVo. Alle technischen Daten, Informationen sowie Eigenschaften des in dieser GWM-Anweisung beschriebenen Gerätes entsprechen dem Stand bei Drucklegung. Änderungen und Verbesserungen des Produktes aufgrund technischer Neuentwicklungen sind möglich. Ein Anspruch auf Nachrüstung bereits bestehender Geräte entsteht daraus nicht. Für die Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistung des KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 Gerätes wird Verantwortung übernommen. Voraussetzungen hierfür sind: • Montage, Erweiterungen, Neueinstellungen, Änderungen oder Reparaturen müssen durch, von KaVo geschulte und autorisierte Personen ausgeführt werden. • Dieses Behandlungsgerät ist nach den zur Zeit geltenden Bestimmungen gefertigt. Veränderungen, die die Sicherheit beeinträchtigen können, sind aufgrund gesetzlicher Vorschriften nicht statthaft. Die VDE-Bestimmungen 0 750 und 0 751 sind in vollem Umfang zu erfüllen. • Die elektrische Installation muß den Anforderungen und Festlegungen nach VDE 0100 und VDE 0107 entsprechen. Das KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 ist VDEgeprüft sowie nach VDE und den EGRichtlinien funkentstört. Bei abweichender Netzspannung ist die Umstellung am Spannungswähler zu berücksichtigen. (Siehe B 3.3 Netzspannungsumstellung) • Das KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 muß in Übereinstimmung mit der GWMAnweisung betrieben werden. Bei Änderungen durch Dritte erlöschen die Zulassungen. Zum Betrieb bzw. zur Reparatur des KaVo INTRAsept ® 905 Gerätes dürfen nur Original-Ersatzteile verwendet werden. L’inserimento ed il disinserimento dell’apparecchio avviene mediante l’interruttore di rete presente sul lato posteriore. • Mettere in funzione l’apparecchio La luce verde continua della spia di funzionamento @ indica che l’apparecchio è in funzione. Dopo l’inserimento, sul display # appare per circa 1 secondo il numero di versione del software. Dopodiché vengono attivati per circa 1 secondo tutti gli elementi di visualizzazione previsti per il controllo visivo. Inoltre, vengono indicati i valori descritti al capitolo A 4.7 Memorizzazione dei dati (pagina 31). Il senso di rotazione impostato è quello destrorso £, la pompa fi è stata preselezionata ed il lavaggio Ì è disinserito. Durante la fase di inserimento hanno luogo dei controlli interni. In caso di anomalie del funzionamento i disturbi vengono indicati per mezzo della spia dei guasti ”. In caso di guasto, la spia di funzionamento @ si spegne e si osserva il lampeggiare della luce rossa dell’indicatore di guasto ”. Sul display # appare un numero di guasto "F-xx". "xx" indica il numero di guasto. All’insorgere di un guasto viene emesso anche un segnale acustico della durata di un secondo. Interdizione dell’avviamento del motore. Se il difetto non viene eliminato mediante il reinserimento del KaVo INTRAsept ® 905, si deve richiedere l’intervento del servizio di assistenza. 18 Avant de mettre sous tension le KaVo KaVo INTRAsept ® 905, s’assurer que l’adapteur de tension a bien été réglé en fonction de la tension existante. Le sens de rotation est positionné sur marche à droite £, la pompe fi est présélectionnée et le dispositif de rinçage Ì est sur arrêt. Durant le processus de mise en marche, le système procède à une série de contrôles internes pour détecter d’éventuelles anomalies, signalées par le témoin d’anomalie ”. Tuttavia tali operazioni possono essere effettuate anche mentre il motore è in funzione, ad eccezione, però, del lavaggio e dell’inversione del senso di rotazione. Per avviare il motore chirurgico, lo si deve prele vare dalla faretra e premere il tasto di start sul reostato a pedale o sul reostato chirurgico. Il motore gira quindi con il numero di giri @ ed il senso di rotazione ” o # indicati sul pannello. La pompa a flessibile viene attività se è stata preselezionata. Ils peuvent également avoir lieu lorsque le moteur tourne, à l’exception toutefois du fonctionnement du dispositif de rinçage et de l’inversion du sens de rotation. Pour mettre en marche le moteur chirurgical, le retirer du porte-instrument et actionner la touche de mise en marche sur la commande au pied ou sur le rhéostat chirurgical. Le moteur chirurgical fonctionne alors avec le régime affiché @ et dans le sens de rotation ” ou #. La pompe flexible se met en marche également si elle a été présélectionnée. Sie können allerdings auch während des laufenden Motors erfolgen, ausgenommen davon ist lediglich der Spülbetrieb sowie die Drehrichtungsumschaltung. Zum Start des Chirurgiemotors ist dieser aus seiner Ablage zu entnehmen und auf dem Fußschalter oder Chirurgieanlasser die Starttaste zu betätigen. Der Chirurgiemotor läuft nun mit der angezeigten Drehzahl @ und Drehrichtung ” oder #. Je nach Vorwahl wird die Schlauchpumpe eingeschaltet. » M Nach dem Loslassen des Fußschalters bzw. Chirurgieanlassers bremst der Chirurgiemotor ab und die Schlauchpumpe läuft kurzzeitig rückwärts um ein Nachtropfen der Kochsalzlösung zu verhindern. Du fait de la grande diversité des médicaments et produits chimiques utilisés en cabinet dentaire, il peut arriver que les surfaces peintes ou les parties en matière plastique soient endommagées. Due to the many kinds of medicaments and chemicals used in the dental surgery, paintwork surfaces as well as plastic parts may become damaged. Apposite ricerche hanno evidenziato che non è possibile ottenere una perfetta protezione delle superfici contro tutti i prodotti esistenti sul mercato. Poiché i danneggiamenti delle superfici dipendono principalmente dal tempo d’azione di tali detergenti, è assolutamente necessario pulire subito con un panno asciutto le superfici interessate. Gli eventuali residui dei disinfettanti sono in parte (cioè entro determinati limiti) rimovibili dalle superfici verniciate e da quelle in plastica, utilizzando detersivi e detergenti neutri e non abrasivi. Le superfici verniciate particolarmente soggette ad usura, cioè non più brillanti e dai colori sbiaditi, devono essere pulite col metodo appena descritto e trattate con il prodotto per la manutenzione delle vernici ‘KaVoLackpflegemittel 2090’ (n° di ordinazione 489 3418). Il prodotto per la manutenzione delle vernici è da applicare con un panno non sfilacciante, effettuando movimenti circolari. Dopodiché, lucidare con ovatta o con un panno, fino a che la superficie non ottiene di nuovo la sua lucentezza. Se si utilizzano altri detergenti, si possono causare danni alle superfici degli apparecchi. Quando si effettua la pulizia si deve fare attenzione a che i liquidi non penetrino all’interno degli apparecchi, poiché ciò potrebbe pregiudicare il loro funzionamento. 32 Des recherches ont montré qu’il est impossible d’obtenir une protection de surface à 100 % contre tous les produits en vente sur le marché. Puis la surface peinte doit être polie avec du coton ou un chiffon jusqu’à ce qu’elle brille. L’utilisation d’autres produits d’entretien peut entraîner une dégradation de la surface des appareils. Research has shown that surfaces cannot be protected 100 % against all the products on the market. Since damage to surfaces caused by these products depends largely on the time taken to react, it is imperative that the places affected be wiped off with a damp cloth immediately. Da Beschädigungen der Oberfläche durch diese Mittel sehr stark von der Einwirkzeit abhängig sind, ist es unerläßlich, die betroffenen Stellen sofort mit einem feuchten Tuch zu reinigen. Eventuelle Rückstände, die von Desinfektionsmitteln herrühren, können auf Lack- und Kunststoffflächen mit neutralen, nicht scheuernden Spül- und Reinigungsmitteln bedingt gereinigt werden. Strapazierte Lacke, erkennbar an nachlassendem Glanz, dunkler und unklarer werdenden Farben, werden zunächst wie oben beschrieben gereinigt und mit KaVo-Lackpflegemittel 2090 (Bestell.-Nr. 489 3418) konserviert. Lackpflegemittel mit flusenfreiem Tuch und kreisförmigen Bewegungen auftragen. Dann mit Watte oder Tuch nachpolieren bis die Oberfläche glänzt. Bei Verwendung anderer Reinigungsmittel können Beschädigungen an Geräteoberflächen auftreten. Bei der Reinigung darauf achten, daß keine Flüssigkeiten in das Geräteinnere gelangt, da dies zu Funktionsstörungen führen kann. Ein erneutes Starten des Spülvorganges ist möglich, dieser endet dann wiederum automatisch nach 60 Sekunden. 37 A5 I F GB PULIZIA ENTRETIEN CARE A 5.4 Sterilizzazione dei flessibili Dopo ogni paziente si deve provvedere a sterilizzare in autoclave i flessibili dopo averli sciacquati. (Vedasi capitolo A 5.3) Prima dell’uso si deve controllare che i flessibili non presentino danneggiamenti visibili. Procedimento: • Il motore sistemato nella posizione di riposo deve essere orientato in modo tale che la tacca ” sulla bussola @ del motore sia in linea con la tacca fi presente sul KaVo INTRAsept ® 905. • Staccare la bussola del motore @. Durante la sterilizzazione il motore rimane nella posizione di riposo. • Prelevare l’ago dal contenitore dell’acqua di lavaggio |. • Sbloccare il meccanismo della pompa mediant l’apposito elemento di sbloccaggio Ì. • Staccare il flessibile chirurgico ». Tutti i flessibili contrassegnati con colore grigio possono essere sterilizzati in autoclave fino a 135° C. I flessibili devono essere saldati in fogli di plastica oppure vanno inseriti in cestini sterili. Durante la sterilizzazione dei flessibili chirurgici si deve fare attenzione che questi non vengano a contatto con il carter dell’apparecchio di sterilizzazione. In caso di contatto, sono possibili eventuali danneggiamenti, poiché le pareti degli apparecchi di sterilizzazione possono raggiungere temperature più elevate di quelle selezionate. • Dopo aver terminato la sterilizzazione, si deve montare la bussola @ del motore spingendola fino all’arresto presente sul lato motore #. A 5.4 Stérilisation des flexibles Il est recommandé de stériliser les flexibles rincés en autoclave après chaque soin. (Voir Chapitre A 5.3) Avant la réutilisation, vérifier si les flexibles ne présentent pas de dommages visibles.
