Meal 1 (9:00 AM)
Option 1
● 1 glass of amla juice
● 2-3 Brown bread slices with butter
● 5 soaked almonds, 5 soaked walnuts
Option 2
● 1 glass of amla juice
● Vegetable poha with vegetables chopped: Green peas, Onion, Beans
● 5 soaked almonds, 5 soaked walnuts
Meal 2 (1:00 PM)
● 2-3 roti
● 1 katori dal / 1 katori kala chana / 1 katori rajma
● 200g dahi
Meal 3 (4:00 PM)
Option 1
● Green moong sprouts salad (onion, tomato, cucumber)
● Any 1 seasonal fruit
Option 2
● Banana shake(1 banana, 150ml milk, 4-5 dates, cocoa powder, honey)
Meal 4 (8:00 PM)
● 2-3 roti
● 1 katori dal / 1 katori kala chana / 1 katori rajma
● 200g dahi
