ABOUT:
This application is going to be use by care homes, schools and recruitment companies
operating in this area. This sector needs a full application form from the candidates without
any gaps in their employment and education history. After the candidate completes the
application, we will run an AI check to put all the data they have given to produce a
chronological application which will flag up any gaps in time in the candidate’s career history.
Candidates will be able to create their own profiles (SR PROFILE) and become users once they
have completed the application form. They can share their SR PROFILE as a unique link, with
a password, which will open their application for an organization to review.
The Organisations will be able to create job campaigns, and for each job campaign, they will
be able to create a unique link of the application form. From the backend, superadmin will be
able to create application forms designed for care homes, schools and recruitment
companies. These templates will be preloaded for the organisations to chose from and assign
to the job campaigns.
In settings, they can change the colour scheme of the application form, and the logo.

JOB ADMINS (OF ORGANISATIONS)
These users will be HR people within the organization. They will be able to
create job campaigns, shortlist candidates for interviews, for the successful
candidates they will be able to chase the references , upload interview notes, upload
the references on the cloud, and do all the ID checks (like a checklist)

CANDIDATES
These will be candidates who apply for the jobs, once they have applied they will be
able to create a profile and save their application form. They can create several links
(full application form, application form minus the references etc) from their
application form with a password, they can share this link to future employers and
submit their interests.

MANAGERS
They can view the candidates who have applied for the job campaigns and shortlist
them for interview, complete the interview questions forms when doing the
interview.
