1. movement is slower but need more power, unlike freestyle with fast hand movement and fast leg movement with just small kick, breaststroke style needs a slow, relax movement with powerful kick for the leg, and the technique is quite hard, with a wrong technique our movement would be slow. 2. It’s not to tiring, you don’t need to kick fast, because after a kick our body need to be straight and relax, and breath position is larger compared with other swimming style. 3. Breaststroke style has a slower path, and other swimming style acquires fast and small kicks, and for all the hand, leg, and head movement is totally different. 4. 1. Our hand pulling too wide for taking breath, many beginners is pulling wide to take breath and causing more energy to be wasted 2. Leg movement kicking to wide, wide leg kick make smaller surface area kick in the water 3. Head facing forward, head facing down will make larger pressure in the water, and face facing forward will make our movement to be error 4. Too fast movement, our kick and take breath should be separated and not done in the same time, there is time gap between kicking and taking breath 5. Low hips, our hip should be horizontal with the water, horizontal body position would bring our kick energy to be forward. 5. too fast leg movement and hand movement and wrong leg technique, leg technique is the most important thing, you should have powerful kick and slow movement path.
