There are many ways to get attention. You should make a list of all the ways you can get attention on your product / service / yourself. 1 common way is to create drama. Fake fights and arguments get a lot of attention. Rappers are always creating fake drama. Every time you see someone do something controversial or crazy online it's because they want views. It really is that simple. Views = money Attention = money If nobody is seeing your product or service then how is anyone going to buy it? You are never going to get rich if only a few people know about your business. You don't need to be famous but you need people talking about your product. Don't be afraid of criticism or judgement. The biggest players in their industries have got the most hate. It comes with the territory. You will only be judged by those doing less than you. You guys are reading this because you want more money so be prepared for what comes with it. Especially if you want to make money when you are young you will GET HATE. On social media there are millions of people you are competing with for the same customers. You are all fighting for the same attention. It is WAR for attention. You have to be creative and think outside the box on ways to get attention. If you are getting no attention then you got to get crazy and start being controversial. 01 Most people never start a business because they think that they need the best product in the world, this isn't true. What you need is a lot of eyeballs. You can have a 7/10 product and make millions of dollars if enough people are seeing it. Obviously make the product as good as possible but ultimately, it's about the eyeballs and marketing. You will also be approached by brands to promote their products when you have a large following. Why do you think meme pages just post content all day? Because attention will always lead to money. This eBook could be 10x more beneficial for people than reading some famous persons book but they will make more money because they have millions of potential customers. 02 02 N U M B E R S G A M E 02 It is impossible to fail in life if you shoot your shot enough times. Everything in life is a numbers game. You can only lose in life if you stop trying. I use the following analogy a lot: imagine you are playing roulette in the casino and you're betting on red. You keep doubling your money until it lands on red. It's impossible to lose if you have unlimited money. It's the same in life - impossible to lose if you keep playing the game. There is something called the Infinite Monkey Theorem. You guys should research this. But basically, it's about the theory that a monkey hitting RANDOM keys on a typewriter for an infinite amount of time will surely type any given text. This literally PROVES how if you do something enough times eventually it will work. Now unfortunately we don't have an INFINITE amount of time to get shit right. But this shows us how important it is to keep trying. Don't give up after your first failed attempt. It doesn't matter what it is, shit takes time for it to work. Even with my Twitter account I was stuck on 500 followers for ages and then it started picking up slowly. I didn't give up, I kept going. This applies with everything in life. When I first started the gym, I wasn't making any real progress and then I found out what I was doing wrong - not eating enough. If you aren't getting results in something it's because you are making some key mistakes that you are unaware of. This is why it's so important you have a solid group of people around you who can help you find those mistakes. We do weekly live calls to check on each others progress. 03 They say that "experience is the best teacher of things" and it is absolutely true. You can learn things from others but ultimately you only fully learn the lesson when you experience it yourself. With everything it's the same. Girls, sending emails, creating the perfect website for your business. It takes time to get what works. When I was knocking on doors and trying to make sales, I changed my script many times. It was awful at first but then I worked on it and it got better and better. 04 03 C L A S S I C S K I L L S 03 If you feel lost and don't know where to start then it's never a bad idea to work on some key skills. Some of the most important skills you can learn: - Sales - Copywriting - Marketing - Good people skills / networking - Creating content + being sharp with social media It's easy to make money if you are competent in these areas. Too many people daydream about millions when they haven't made a dollar for themselves. Be patient and study the game. In business you are either selling your own product or someone else’s' product. So learning how to sell is very useful. If you are working a job and you are good at sales it's pretty easy to negotiate a pay raise for yourself. It's what I did. Copywriting and marketing go together. This is just the ability to influence people into looking at your product. The better you are at this, the more persuasive you will be and more sales you will make. When you are sending emails and writing tweets or replying to DMs on Instagram from customers you are practiciing your copywriting. Don’t overcomplicate the beginning of your business career. You just need to get the ball rolling. You aren’t going to go from $0 to $5 million a month over night. You got to keep building the foundation. Social media is something you need to become very competent at. I talk about building an audience and learning how to use social media all the time in NEW MONEY because it is THAT important. 05 You can meet so many high level people from the internet. And if you know how to build a brand you will get so many business opportunities. It's called NEW MONEY for a reason. It's called NEW MONEY because 1 of the main ways the younger guys are making money now a days is through social media, crypto, web 3 etc. These are some of the main things we focus on. Good product 2. Lots of traffic If you aren't making the money you want then 1 of these things is missing. Either your product sucks and nobody wants it. OR you aren't getting enough attention / traffic / eyeballs onto your product. And you must fix this immediately. First work out which is the problem. But there's a good chance it's both of these things you are struggling with. A good product is fixing someone’s problem, removing pain or giving them pleasure / a good experience. If you are not getting enough eyeballs on your product then you either have to pay for advertising or get creative. Now a days with social media there are a million ways you can get attention on yourself. - go on someone’s podcast - Post entertaining content on social media - Do a crazy giveaway There are lots of ways to get attention. You got to really get creative. I need you all to understand if you ain't getting attention then you will NOT make money. It depends on the business you're doing but there are different methods to get attention Let's say you are a personal trainer. You can make a video of you sat in a bath which is FULL of Protein powder. No water. Just tubs and tubs of protein powder. 07 Let's say you are a personal trainer. They do stupid things to get people talking about them Jake Paul put cereal and milk in some $20,000 dior shoes. And then posted it on Instagram. THIS gets attention because it's so crazy and rare to see someone do that. Now he probably got sent them shoes for free by Nike but that's besides the point. You got to start learning how to get attention and keep it. It's a skill. Post crazy titles for your videos Try and be a little different. A lot of you guys probably bought this because I stand out a little on this side of Twitter. I post videos of me talking. Most accounts are just anonymous and they post the same random thoughts, It's too generic. not memorable,, you gotta be memorable for someone to really notice you''. Another way to get attention is to give your audience a lot of knowledge/game, lets go back to the personal trainer example If you make a YouTube video explaining something in great detail and the viewer learns a lot. They're going to forever remember you and most likely watch all your videos because they received something from it. Everyone is focused on what they are getting: -use stories -use pictures -use videos 08 the more aesthetic the videos and pictures = the more attention you will get Another thing to do is talk about trending topics. When the Ukraine-Russia war started happening. I made a video talking about Putin and it got 20k views. You got to learn how to grab attention. 09 05 M O N E Y H U N G R Y B R O T H E R S 05 If you are serious about building an empire then you have to get rid of the negative people around you. They will drag you down. Get rid of them. I know so many people with a lot of potential but they hang around the wrong crowd and have a nagging gf who slows them down. Make a decision. Do you want to build an empire or hang around morons? You need to focus. Getting rich isn't that easy. Especially if you're hanging around time wasters. "You're acting different now that you've got money" "Why do you think you're better than everyone" These kinds of comments are going to slow you down. You don't need that shit in your life. When you are progressing in your life others around you feel envious because you highlight their stagnation. You make them feel bad about themselves and they end up resenting you. With social media there is 0 excuses not to have friends who think like you. It doesn't matter where the fuck you live. If you have an internet connection you have access to anyone on the planet. It doesn't matter what you are trying to achieve it helps when you have people around you who want the same goal. If you all want the same thing and all talk about the same thing. Eventually you are going to all get it. 10 06 P A S S I O N A T E A B O U T P R O F I T 06 Be passionate about MONEY and living the life of your dreams. HOW you achieve this doesn't matter that much. Do you really give a fuck if you make millions selling water bottles or lightbulbs? NO. As long as you have millions of dollars and your family is being provided for - WHO GIVES A FUCK. Your wife isn’t going to care if you fulfill your passions or not. Who says you need to be happy in business? Nobody. Most arguments in families happen over bills.So if you want a good family life then you need to take care of the money. I see way too many guys worrying about finding their passion. Don't be this guy. Because you can get to your deathbed and still not have found your passion. Get the bag first and once you have financial freedom then you can worry about what you "like" doing. Stop focusing on happiness and feelings. This is a lie being spread through society that you need to enjoy what you are doing. 11 laws 07 $ D A I L Y 08 S P E E D 09 P A S S I O N A T E A B O U T P R O F I T 07 $ D A I L Y 07 You must develop the BOSS mindset. Most people struggling to make money have the employee mindset. The employee mindset is getting paid weekly or monthly. The boss thinks about getting paid daily. Do you think rich people get paid once a month? NO. They get paid when they want. All the time. You shouldn't go to sleep until you have made money that day. Every day you are spending money. You are eating, living in a house which costs money for electricity etc. All of us are consuming daily and therefore we are spending daily. But how many of us are producing daily? If you are providing value to the world every single day then why are you not getting paid daily? You don't have a business until you are getting paid. Don't overcomplicate business. This law / chapter is primarily about how you shouldn’t overcomplicate business. Just get some money in your bank. That’s it. If you are currently making money from something then work hard to scale it. 12 08 S P E E D 08 Do everything you can as quick as possible. The quicker you do things, the more you can get done. My favourite business lesson. Ever since I was a kid I understood the importance of doing shit quickly. If you just adopt this 1 lesson you will go far in life. Because everything can be fixed / improved if you are working quickly. Imagine you start a Podcast and it's not getting any views but you quickly make changes. Then you're going to get feedback and figure out what's wrong. Imagine 1 video a day = 30 data reference points by the end of the month. If you make 1 video a week then you only have 4 videos to analyze by the end of the month. You only have X years on this planet. The quicker you work the more you will get done. It isn't rocket science. 1 of the things I say to myself all the time is "Do more, think less". DO MORE and then analyse the consequences later. Nobody figures it out on the 1st go. Just start and then you will know what changes to make as you go along. This applies to any business you want to begin. I see way too many people wanting to figure out their whole life plan. Fuck that. Get the ball rolling. Begin. Those who move slowly think that making mistakes is a deadly sin. It's not. Moving slowly and never trying is a deadly sin. It doesn't matter how many times you fail in life you just got to hit it big 1 time and you are a "success" 13 Who do you think will be more successful? Person A: who's working 8 hours a day and immediately implements an idea he has OR Person B: works 1 hour a day and thinks for months before he starts something THE ANSWER IS OBVIOUS. SO WHY ARE YOU WAITING SO MUCH? Think of all the "mistakes" you have made in your life and now ask yourself if you moved quicker after the mistake and before it how much better the situation would have been. Guys lose their gf and then spend 2 months "depressed" and not achieving shit. Imagine how much more you would get done if you were always moving forwards. 14 09 A P P E A R A N C E M A T T E R S 09 1 of the quickest ways to start making more money is to work on your appearance. It's easy to forget this sometimes because we are all so focused on making money. When I was working door to door sales I noticed a huge increase in sales when I changed my outfit. You will be surprised at just how much of a difference it makes to change your shoes and shirt. People judge you on small details. It all makes a difference. 1st impressions count. As soon as someone opened up the door and saw me - they probably had a very good idea of who I was in their mind. And within the first 1 second, they probably knew if they should take me serious or not. This is the reality of the world. It might sound shallow but it is what it is. But don't forget to go to the gym, dress nice and eat well. People treat you better when you are better looking and you get given more opportunities. We cannot change our genes but we can do everything in our power to maximize what we have been given. Looking better makes you FEEL better. Your confidence will draw people to you. They will take you more seriously when you are talking about your product. The website, emails you produce, tweets you write, YouTube videos, your physique. It's all judged. The more effort you put into making these things look good, the easier your life will be and you will make more money. Being better looking boosts people’s perceptions of us. Makes them think we are more competent, likeable, attractive and trustworthy. Might be the complete opposite but it doesn’t matter. Perception = reality 15 laws 10 1 0 X B I G G E R G O A L S 11 H I R E F A M I L Y A N D F R I E N D S 12 N E V E R W A S T E T I M E 10 1 0 X G O A L S 10 I don't believe in having small goals. A lot of guys I talk to say that they want to make 10k a month. I understand why and it's a good milestone BUT you are thinking far too small. Aim for $100k a month and you will DEFINITELY hit 10k a month. Your habits and the way you carry yourself will be different after you have completely increased your goals. You will be more motivated and have more energy. "Aim for the moon; even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars" This quote is absolutely true. The higher you aim, the further you will go in life. Imagine if you aimed for $1M a month within 12 months of thinking about it. Do you really think you will be making 3k a month?? NO. The reason most people don't aim big is because they are fearful of falling short. But this is a loser mindset. No boss thinks like this. It's all about changing your mindset. Another reason why you might be scared of aiming for big goals is because you know that you are going to have to completely change your habits and work ethic. You KNOW you aren’t going to get to millions per month being lazy. If you aim for 5k a month you can get away with lots of lazy habits but if you are aiming for $1M a month you can’t afford to wake up super late or put in low effort days. It will force you to up your standards in every area of your life and you will keep these habits with you forever. So even if you fail to achieve the goal you will be in a much better position in life. 16 Big goals cause us to look at our deficiencies and bad habits. We stop blaming the external world so much and focus inwardly on why we aren’t achieving our goals. Also I don’t believe in setting goals that don't really change your life. Donald Trump has a quote that says - " If you're going to be thinking, you may as well think big " If you aim for 5k a month and actually hit it- your life doesn’t change that much. A couple nights in 5* hotels and nice meals in a top end restaurant and the money is gone. Aim for huge goals and it will change your whole family’s life. Often times in life the things that limit us is our mindset on what’s possible or not possible. There should be a very strong chance of failing. You should actually be uncomfortable thinking about them because they are so big. Big goals give you a direction when you're unmotivated. Often in life you aren’t unmotivated you are just not working towards anything. 17 11 H I R E F A M I L Y A N D F R I E N D S 11 Don't get obsessed over having staff and having a big "team" of people around you. This is often an excuse for not wanting to do a lot of work. 1 guy can do a lot with a phone and laptop. The more people you are relying on, the more chance of something bad happening. It's harder to manage 10 people than 3 people. If you have a close friend or family member who wants to make money. WORK WITH THEM. You will go much further with someone you can trust. Every business I have ever made money from came from working with friends or a friend telling me about something. I got into my door to door sales job because a friend came home 1 day after a lecture and told me about it. Imagine I didn’t have this friend. Also, it's more enjoyable to build something with your friend because you get to enjoy the spoils of war together. Also, it's better to pay one of your close ones than a random stranger. If you need a website done and 1 of your friend creates websites, pay him instead of a random dude off the internet. People say that hiring friends is a bad idea because it leads to arguments and you end up breaking the friendship. Listen to me bro if you lose your friend over an argument over business then they are a bad friend. You should both be mature enough to solve the issue properly. A lot of my best friends are the ones who I have made the most money with because we have climbed the ranks together. 17 Also, it's easier to start difficult conversations with real friends than random employees. You probably have spoken a lot about real issues and so this won’t be hard when you have a problem with the business. But don't just hire a friend because you need someone to work for you. Make sure he wants to succeed, he’s got to be hungry. 19 12 N E V E R W A S T E T I M E 12 There are 24 hours in the day. 16 hours for working. 8 hours sleep. Every hour you are awake should be about work or progressing your empire. This is the hustler mindset. Time is very valuable. More valuable than money. Especially as you get richer. This is why the richest men pay EVERYONE ELSE to do their boring tasks because they place so much importance on their own time and energy. There is no excuse to waste time. When you are broke you should work 2 jobs and be learning skills on the side. Not a single minute should be wasted. Progression gives you the most happiness as a man. Sending cold emails and nobody responding? Well don't just sit there and do nothing. Analyse what’s wrong with your emails and fix them. Study your competitors. Whoever is making more money than you is probably doing some things better than you. Record a video answering common questions you receive / create a FAQ section for your product. So tired you cannot get out of bed? Then call your business partners or staff and discuss some strategy. DO SOMETHING. SOMETHING > nothing 20 I promise you all the hotels, restaurants, watches, luxury shit doesn't mean much compared to progression. Progression is the best feeling in the world. Think about it… when were you happiest in your life? After you progressed in something. That’s why people seem to enjoy things when they get good at them. It doesn't matter what the thing is, if you get good at it then you will like it. You make Tiktok videos to promote your coffee mugs? And you've already made your videos for the day? Well then think about how you can also start a YouTube page and twitter. There is always more work to do. Always more ways of promoting yourself. More people you can speak to do improve your businesses. Why do you think winners don't roll with losers? Because it's wasting time. When you roll around other rich men you can LEARN something, you aren’t learning shit from a broke boy. There is always more things to learn. So wasting time is stupid because even if you aren't directly working on your business you could be learning something new that indirectly helps you succeed. Some of the richest men in the world say they read 4 hours and broke boys say they don't have time. You do have time you just waste it. I’m not saying to read 4 hours a day but my point is that you need to try harder. 21 You waste time when: 1.overthink about something 2.unnecessary conversations on the phone 3.constantly checking social media to see if you got any messages 4.talk to broke boys 5.talk to ugly chicks 6.playing video games 7.smoking weed 22 laws 13 P H O N E A D D I C T I O N 14 D O N ' T B E L A Z Y 15 C U S T O M E R P R I O R I T Y 13 P H O N E A D D I C T I O N 13 Most people look at "addictions" as bad. But as a hustler you see it as good thing. If you don’t get addicted to making money then you will never make a lot. If you are addicted to your phone and addicted to producing then you will WIN. The world teaches you to be a consumer. You need to immediately change this and become a producer. -Instead of watching other people’s YT videos, create your own; -Instead of reading someone else blogs, create your own; -Instead of listening to someone else music, record your own songs. If you use your phone correctly then you will change your whole life. All the richest men are producers, not consumers. If you don't create anything why should you get paid?? A lot of guys want to make millions but all they do is consume other guys' creations. Why should you get paid a lot of money if you don't actually create anything for other people to use? We live in the modern world, the more familiar you get with all these social media apps and tools, the more chance you have of becoming rich. Everything is becoming more and more digital. Either figure out how to use these tools or get left behind. Everything you want can be got by using your phone correctly. It's literally just clicking buttons on a screen. 23 All the treasures in this world are waiting for you if you learn how to use your phone correctly. Some people click buttons and make millions a month and some click buttons and make no money. -Posting IG stories is WORK. -YouTube videos is WORK. -Posting tweets is WORK. -Videos is WORK. -Talking to your friends about designs for the next merch drop is WORK It's all work. Anything that can make you money is work. 24 14 D O N ' T B E L A Z Y 14 If you only work on your business when you feel like it how are you expecting amazing results? If you only went to the gym when you felt like it would you expect great results? Imagine only feeding your child when you felt like it. You don't miss a day of feeding your child so don't miss a day working on your business. This law is very cliche but one of the most important ones. If you can just stay consistent it's basically impossible to fail. You got to work on it every single day. It doesn't matter whether you feel like it or not. You will get destroyed by your competitors if you don't put in the effort. And there's always something you can do to improve your business: - Focusing on getting new customers - Talking to the current customers and asking them for feedback on your products so you can improve it - Updating your social media - Creating a new website - Improving the product or service - Phone calls with business partners / friends This might sound like such a simple law but its certainly not followed because the truth is all of you reading this KNOW there are things you should be doing but currently are not doing. And you aren't doing them out of laziness or fear. 25 15 C U S T O M E R I S P R I O R I T Y 15 You must look after your customers. They gave you their hard earned money and so you should make sure they're happy. Happy customers are likely to turn into repeat customers. Business is all about repeat customers. If you only sell to someone once then you aren't going to have a very big business. There is only a certain number of humans on this planet who will want what you're selling. If you look after your customers they might end up promoting your business. Happy customers go out their way to help you. Humans love reciprocating. If you do something for them they want to return the favour. If your customers don't have a good experience with you then they will go elsewhere. Often your competitors. A lot of people view their customers as just people who give them money. This isn't a good approach. You should aim to build relationships with them. It will be beneficial for BOTH of you. WIN-WIN. If your customer is happy your business will last for a very long time and you will be profitable for years to come. You are not in business for quick money but forever money. I heard Gary Vee mention this the other day, he said a lot of these influencers are promoting these NFT scams and will make like $4M in 2 years but then their brand is tarnished forever. I suggest you guys make a list of all the benefits your product can give the customer and focus on this in your marketing. If you can't make a list of the benefits the product gives then maybe it's not a very good product. Because it should have a list of benefits even if the benefits are that it removes some type of pain. Humans are quick to think “what’s in it for me?”. If someone feels good buying from you the 1st time they will return to you. I am not telling you to get shiny object syndrome and jump on their business model but incorporate some of their tricks. Also, I am not telling you to ask every single person you see making more $ than you too many questions. Be good at analyzing without asking too much. Know when to ask questions and when to keep quiet. Every good trait someone else has you can add to your arsenal. Maybe your friend is paying a copywriter to write his emails which is making a huge difference to his total revenue. Imagine you get 5% of your sales on emails and he makes 40%. There is a good chance you need to learn from him. 55 laws 34 K N O W Y O U R P R O D U C T W E L L 35 O U T R E A C H 36 N E T W O R K I N G 34 K N O W Y O U R P R O D U C T W E L L 34 You must know your product super well. Should be able to describe the benefits of it instantly with no delays. When I was doing door to door and stuttered for a couple of seconds it cost me the sale. Why should they believe in you and your product when you don’t believe in it yourself? There are always objections in business. So if you can’t answer questions confidently you won’t be able to handle these objections. Even if you have the best product in the world, it doesn’t really matter if you cannot explain what it does. Because nobody likes buying from someone who cannot confidently articulate themselves. You turn the complex into the simple. You can explain it in really simple terms which will make it more appealing. If you don't understand it then you will focus on the shitty nonimportant things. It's not just important that you know what your product is and the benefits it provides their customers. It’s important you know WHO the product is for - target audience and why this is superior to other similar products in the market. 1. What is your product? 56 2. What does it do? 3. What solution/benefit does it provide to an individual who buys it? 4. Why is there a need for this product? 5. Why is your product superior to those similar to it? 6. What benefits do you offer that other companies with the same or a similar product do not? 7. Who is your target buyer? What is their age, gender, education, income, occupation, and why do they need this product? 8. What problem are you solving for people with this product? 57 35 O U T R E A C H 35 Just like how people cold call others and try to sell them something on the phone. You can cold DM people and try to sell them shit but it helps with a good profile as we mentioned earlier. Expose yourself on as many platforms as possible. Don't just be on twitter, be on all of them. Certain customers love certain platforms and aren’t on certain platforms. People associate platforms with you. If you only post on TikTok and your product is something for old ppl it won’t work very well because a lot of old guys are on different platforms. You are literally leaving TONS of money on the table if you are only on a couple platforms. Outreach also links well to the point below about networking If you want to network with people then you're going to have to sometimes be the person to message someone first. Not just clients but business partners staff and shit. I’ve met a lot of great people through social media simply by sending a message to them and also I've met a lot of great people after getting a message from somebody else. If you believe in what you're selling you shouldn’t be afraid of trying to sell your product. 58 Outreach isn't just messaging a potential customer about your product. It’s also about messaging potential business partners/ employees/ friends. You are far more likely to get a response when your profile shows you’re a somebody. Getting live feedback from people is super important and everyone likes when you show that you are considering their opinion. 50 Cent many years ago created a website where he would put snippets of his music for his fans to "test" and listen to. They would give him feedback in real time and he would make the adjustments and then come out with the "perfect songs". When in reality all he did was just adjust the songs to what the listeners wanted. This is the power of taking feedback and constructive criticism onboard. This is again why you shouldn’t take things personally because if you do then you cannot make the necessary adjustments that the people want. 59 36 N E T W O R K I N G 36 Networking is crucial. You need to be speaking to people who also want money like you. You become who you surround yourself with. You can collab with other high value guys and that’s going to help you tremendously. Your network is going to give you precious information that can make you millions. Imagine if you have a friend who's big into crypto and he gives you a play that makes you 10-20x on your investment. That shit is priceless. There is no such thing as a successful lone wolf. They don’t coexist. If you want to be successful you are depending on other people liking you and trusting you. It's impossible that you are the best at every possible skill which is why you need the help of your network. I am asking my private group (NEW MONEY) all the time for information on certain crypto projects, residencies in certain countries and X. You can't get everything yourself. You need help from others. This is why relationships with other ambitious people are so important. 1 of you could be really good at making money but your friend has a huge social media presence. So, you can teach him how you make money and he can help you grow your Instagram to get more bitches. 60 It's hard to meet like-minded people in real life that’s why it’s becoming so crucial to meet important people online. I've met so many cool people from Twitter in the past few months and that's because I have made a conscious effort to grow my social media. I am currently in the process of growing my YouTube channel because I know it will give me access to important guys. I have met so many cool people through NEW MONEY. Networking is an investment, you get what you put in. You get the best benefits after you know that person for a long time, it’s like investing into a stock. People are like stocks and if you spend time with like-minded individuals now than when they’re mega rich they will remember you. I have given some of the guys in NEW MONEY a job. Also its cool because you are giving other people jobs/work so you have a bunch of allies. People don't mind not making that much money initially if they are gaining lots of experience and knowledge. My door to door sales team know they're not getting paid much but they are all improving at sales and gaining a lot of experience so it’s worth it. I’m sure they don't want to do this forever. Means to an end. 62 38 D O N ' T T A K E T H I N G S P E R S O N A L L Y 38 You can't take things personally in business or allow your emotions to trump your own logic. Sometimes people are going to betray your trust or do funny things. It is what it is. All you can do is minimize the chances of these things happening. But you should never take anything personally. If a member of staff betrays you? Cut him off. There is no time to cry about it. Don't just be ruthless with others. Be ruthless on yourself with super high standards. Demand exceptionalism from yourself. Ask yourself daily if you fully tried your best. If not CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY. We only have a few short years on this planet. Don’t waste them not achieving what you want. "It isn't personal it's strictly business" - Michael Corleone You got to be ruthless with yourself but don't underestimate how others are also ruthless. Don't fuck with people unnecessarily because you don't know the extent to which others are willing to go / hurt you . If you take things personally you will get discouraged more easily. Imagine you try to sell your product to 5 people and they all tell you NO .. and then you stop selling? That would be a big mistake. A wise person would try to take some constructive criticism onboard and find out what he’s doing wrong. You shouldn’t be negatively affected so easily. Do you think any of the men that you respect now a days weren't betrayed? weren't attacked? 63 I’m not saying to completely ignore everyone’s opinion. The smartest/most successful men DO CARE what others say, But not everyone. They pick and choose who’s opinion matters. You should absolutely care about what your close friends / partners / team says but not the opinion of a random guy on the internet across the world. However, let’s say you are trying to be the best copywriter and a well-respected copywriter tells you that you suck. Then maybe it’s worth considering this. So not just your close friends but also experts in your fields opinion matters. However, this also could be them trying to keep you down due to jealousy so you got to learn to analyse the situation. Again it helps when you don't take anything personally, just be objective. The people across the internet don't know you really are in person. Your close team does. Look at someone like Floyd Mayweather he was sent death threats regularly, racist comments tons of hate. He embraced the hate and played a certain role to get even more hate and attention. You got to also understand that hate on social media is good. The more comments someone leaves under your posts / pictures the more the algorithm boosts your page and the more attention you will receive = more $. When you're successful you forget sometimes that there are tons of losers because you get brainwashed into thinking everyone is successful and there is so much abundance and you also keep only winners around you and so you don't see any losers. 64 Also most of you reading this right now are young. 1% of the worlds millionaires are under 35. So if you are a young millionaire, in shape, great social life you are literally such a tiny % ... OF COURSE U ARE GOING TO BE HATED BRUV. When I was doing door to door sales I would have a lot of arguments with my manager over my pay because I wasn't getting paid enough. He was ruthless about the payments because he didn't want to cut his profits but he paid me just enough so I wouldn’t leave. Everyone’s just trying to feed their family so don't take it too personal. 65 39 H O W T O D E A L W I T H I N F L A T I O N 39 There isn't any special cure to deal with inflation. The answer is pretty simple -Make more $ -Don’t keep money in the bank -Invest your $ into crypto, property, stocks -Increase your prices There are different kinds of investments you can make : -Investing in assets -Investing in your reputation But either way you should spend it. Spend all of it if you can. I don't really believe in having a huge savings account. I have in the past when I didn’t know what to invest in but you should be spending it as quickly as possible. And then make MORE money. If you're sat on 200k in the bank… You won't be very motivated to hustle and get more. You hustle harder when you don't know where the next meal is coming from. Inflation is going to happen regardless if you want it to or not. Another way to deal with inflation is increase your prices. This is the problem when you work for someone else you can't control the prices of the company. If you are your own boss you can increase your own prices by a bigger % than the increase in inflation. Truthfully the best investment you can make is in yourself. If you have skills, good friends and up to date knowledge of the main things happening in the world then you are always going to be ahead of the curve. No point panicking over inflation when it will happen regardless if you want it to or not. You need to always be growing because inflation is always happening. Another thing I have learned in business is that there is huge power in following up with someone. If someone doesn't buy the 1st time it doesn't mean they won't buy the second time. If you have lots of sales experience you won't be nervous about following up because you know it’s part of the game. I really recommend you do lots of different types of sales jobs because then you can get good at all the different aspects of sales: - voice - image - body language I started with door to door and really think it's the most superior because after you do door to door you will never feel guilty trying to sell. Most people’s biggest problem in business is their fear of selling. They overestimate the consequences, the judgement of others, scared to put themselves out there. Door to door makes you become good at using your voice, body language and also present yourself in a successful manner. Whereas with cold calling you can be super shy but put a front on with your voice. 67 Door to door helps you become more comfortable talking to others. In this year because of social media, we have lost the art of talking to others and become way too comfortable just relying on our phones for communication. This relates to the point below - gift of the gab. On social media you are mainly talking to 1 certain demographic (people who think like you). However, when you are knocking on random stranger’s doors then you meet lots of different types of people and become comfortable talking to anybody and everybody. Often times in business you will get a sale just through sheer confidence. When I was selling boilers sometimes, they didn't even want a boiler but they were interested because of pure confidence. Initially in business you start off selling for someone else and then end up selling for yourself. When I was selling boilers, I would get a tiny % commission on all sales but now I get 100% on everything I sell. So, view this selling period for someone else as practice because at least when you sell your own thing you will be much better off. If you can remove your fear of selling you will go far in business. You can be selling a 5/10 product but if you genuinely sell it with passion and confidence you will make a lot of sales. Sales is just trying to convince other people to buy your product. If you can't relate to other people, you won’t be able to get your point across. And when you just listen to "smart" people you lose touch with the masses and are only appealing to 1 small demographic. 68 41 G I F T O F T H E G A B 41 Speaking well is an extremely important skill. People take you far more seriously if you can speak well. It is super important for networking with successful guys. Nobody wants to do business with a man who has a huge stutter problem. Fix it. You are judged on your speech. The more charismatic you are, the more people will pay attention to you and take you seriously. McGregor made his meteoric rise in the UFC not just because of his knockouts. It was also because of his charm and mic skills. He captivated the audience. His aura was amazing. You should be completely confident and very sure of yourself. If someone is going to spend their money with you then they should be confident that they will get a good ROI. Often times in business all you have is your word. If you cannot speak in a persuasive way that makes people want to believe you then it doesn’t matter how good your product is. Nobody wants to pay attention to a robot. Social media is making people WORSE at communicating. Everyone relying on text messages and are losing the art of being able to speak well. You see it all the time. The best YouTubers are very good speakers. Your voice is a reflection of who you are. If you can't speak well and don't appear confident then are you really a successful dude? Imagine you went to be a dinner with some multi-millionaires and were pitching your idea to them. 69 Would they invest in you if you stuttered and didn't make eye contact the whole dinner? NO! So why would someone on social media who’s on the internet trust you if you do the same? It’s not just about speaking well it’s about reading the room and knowing how to speak in front of certain crowds. When you meet your gfs parents you don't act like a loud obnoxious dickhead. 70 42 T H E V A L U E E Q U A T I O N – A L E X H O R M O Z I I N $ 1 0 0 M O F F E R 42 Most people in business focus on the top half of the equation. This is an amateur mistake. You need to be focusing on the bottom half. Basically, the bottom half shows the time delay between the customer buying the product and receiving the benefits. And also the sacrifice needed on the customers behalf to receive the benefits. When you buy a sandwich from the supermarket there is no time delay or sacrifice needed to receive the benefits. So you can just focus on the top half of the equation if you were the supermarket. However, if you are selling a fat loss workout program you should be telling your potential customers how they can lose their fat and get abs without spending years in the gym and not much effort. This sounds way more appealing to them than telling them that they are definitely going to get ripped and look amazing. 71 I have purposefully not explained this point fully because I want you all to read the book $100M offer – Alex Hormozi This is your homework When I sold boilers I would always tell customers that it won't take long for our company to install it. We can get it all done within a few hours. Anybody in business can promise the world so your customers won't trust you much. You have to focus more on the bottom part of the equation. How much would you pay for a solution to your problems immediately? A lot of money. When you are trying to sell a product it is very tempting to exaggerate the benefits and the chances of the customer receiving those benefits. Whatever you're selling if you show that as soon as they spend money they get instant benefit.. VERY DESIRABLE. Imagine you have a YouTube channel and you film 1 video a day. It takes you 2 hours to produce. Every video you produce is an ASSET which will continually get more and more views as your channel grows. This is far better than making money at a job. When you work a job, you are trading your hours for money at a fixed rate. Whereas when you work for yourself you can set any price you want and it can keep going up as you get more and more social proof. Salt Bae (the guy who puts salt on peoples’ steak at restaurants) CHARGES crazy prices for steak because he has an insane reputation and everyone wants to go to his restaurants to flex on IG. He is literally cutting steak but makes millions and millions of dollars. If you don't learn to make money efficiently then you will never live your dream lifestyle. You guys have to remember that money is simply just a tool. It's a tool to look after your family + live the good life. We aren't working super hard for the sake of it. Having said all of that don't be a little soft soy boy who doesn't do any hard work because he's trying to be "efficient". First you got to make a lot of money a month. 73 Until you hit a certain amount per month you shouldn’t worry about the ideal way of making your money. Charlie Munger says that the first $100k is the hardest. Do whatever it takes to get your first stack. 74 44 C H A R G E H I G H P R I C E S 44 You're never going to get rich selling cheap products. It is much easier to get rich selling higher ticket products than super cheap products. Imagine you sell a $9 T-shirt it will take so many customers to get rich. Literally need 1 MILLION sales to reach $9M. Far too much effort. It is better to sell a product for $9000 and then you only got to sell 1000 to reach $9M. Which sounds harder? Most charge very low prices because they are scared of asking for money. This is a big mistake. You need to understand that PEOPLE LOVE SPENDING MONEY. Think about it... we all like going to the mall and spending a lot of money on new clothes etc. We just dislike being sold to. There is a big difference. High prices imply high quality products. Think about it ... why do you want a Rolex? A Lambo? It's because its' expensive and so therefore scarce . If everybody had a Lambo would you want one? NO. You only want it because it's hard to achieve. Another reason why it is so advantageous to charge high prices is because you get less issues. Low ticket clients have more chance of causing you problems and it's just not worth your time. 75 People perceive those who charger higher prices as more prestigious and therefore, more desirable. So they end up trusting it more. So it's a WIN-WIN for both you and the customer. They feel happier knowing they get a better product and you end up making more profit. 76 45 C R E A T E U R G E N C Y 45 People are lazy and they won't buy unless you give them very good reason to buy. Why do you think Black Friday is always so crazy? Because there is urgency. Everyone knows the discount is temporary and they need to act quick. You got to give people reasons to act quick. Limited time discounts work well but you cannot give too many discounts without weakening your brand. If somebody feels like they have forever to make a decision then they won't make it instantly. This is why people purchase when you give them a deadline, limited copies of something. "20 spots left" "sale lasts 24 more hours" "only 10 people and this closes down" I learned this when selling door to door. I had to CREATE URGENCY. They would say: "I’ll think about it". I would say: "we won't be installing boilers in this area for much longer because we only have a limited number of installs per area" etc. I would have a few lines rehearsed which I would say. Another way to create urgency is to let people know how popular your product or service is and then they will want to buy immediately. 77 When I bought my 1st Rolex they told me that this 1 is super popular and sells very quickly because it's stainless steel and hold price very well and actually will go up in price. The HULK Rolex, and they were right its value increased. Customers will look at your competitors, read all the reviews in the world when they have forever to buy. Once their time is limited they will just go with their gut decision. It’s easy to create urgency when you understand your customers pain points. If you know what is causing them trouble / why they can’t sleep at night then it becomes easy to sell stuff to them. If I was a personal trainer, I would remind guys that if they don't get in shape then they won't get laid and women will hate them forever. You have to tell your customers that if they don't learn now then they will lose their gf tomorrow and she will cheat on them with a jacked guy. This will cause them pain and get them to act. The goal is to make your customers act ASAP and buy your product which will ultimately help them. This might sound savage but this will do them good. When someone has a big problem that they think you can solve then they will make their decision immediately. Read this sentence again. If someone actually trusted you then they would do anything to get your product or service. I told you guys that buying this now and reading this now will be far better for you than to wait weeks or months. The quicker you read valuable info and act on it the better. 78 You can also offer bonuses if they purchase within a certain amount of time. This works very well: " Buy now and get special surprise as well" " Purchase today and you will get 50% off next purchase" You need to help them understand why every day, week, or month without your product hurts their business so they’re compelled to act as soon as possible. If you are a copywriter and want to write somebody’s emails then you need to tell them that if they don't start writing better emails immediately then they are leaving huge money on the table. Tell your customers how many other people are gaining amazing benefits after they have bought your product. You can add time-limited bonuses. HOTEL ROOM PRINCIPLE. NO TIME TO WAIT. A prospect turns into a customer after they have purchased once from you. Once you have a loyal customer they will keep buying from you. If someone has bought from you once before then they are a lot more likely to buy again from you. As long as they liked the first thing they bought from you the second and third is a lot easier. If they hate the first thing they bought from you then it is very unlikely they will buy again which is why its super important to make everything you sell really good. The hardest part about making a sale is getting the trust from the other person. But with people who have already bought from you they already trust you so the process is a lot easier. Repeat customers can turn into loyal fans / supporters and actually help you promote your business. This can be the most powerful form of marketing. Testimonials, positive comments can massively boost your business. They refer your business a lot more than onetime buyers. The biggest businesses in the world all rely on customer retention. We don't just Subscribe to YouTube Premium for 1 month, Spotify premium for 2 months, buy 1 cup of Starbucks coffee. We purchase again and again from these companies. 80 You got to build your army not lose your tribe. Let’s say that you are a freelancer and 1 of your skills is that you can paint. Imagine you do a really good job for someone. They are going to come back to you and also refer you to their friends and you are going to make lots of money from just 1 good job / painting. This will boost your sales + authority as a good painter. Imagine if everybody only bought 1 iPhone or 1 cup of coffee from Starbucks... it wouldn’t be a very big business. Every huge business relies on repeat customers. Your business won't be very sustainable if you constantly have to go out and get new customers. 81 47 A N A L Y S E W H E R E T H E D E M A N D I S A N D T H E N S U P P L Y I T 47 You don't have to invent something completely new. You can just copy what someone else is doing. If you see someone making a lot of money using skills you already have. Then just copy them. Don't overcomplicate this shit. Do you think there is only: -1 personal trainer in the world? -1 guy selling books online? -1 guy selling his own sports clothing? -1 guy selling skiing shoes? NO. There are many guys doing EXACTLY the things you want to be doing. So just copy them. Find out what they are doing well, use it in your own game. Find out what they are doing poorly and avoid it. Really is that simple. Business is just about supplying the demand in a particular niche / industry. If you see a certain industry that is growing and is big and you have the necessary skills to make money in it - then get into it. I have a lot of friends in my private community (called NEW MONEY) that have been studying crypto for multiple years and I tell them they should be creating content around this and networking with other guys in the space. Don't worry about "saturated niches". Just focus on delivering a great product and you will always make money. It doesn't matter how many people are in a certain market as long as you get eyeballs on your offer / product then you will win. Every market is "saturated" if you suck. 82 If you want the big money then you have to be super good at something. Saturated market means when all the demand is satisfied. This can't really ever happen. Because if you are so good then you will replace the current leaders in the market and steal their customers so therefore it doesn't exist. 83 48 D O N ' T B E N E E D Y F O R T H E S A L E 48 When someone knows you NEED the sale it repels them. Nobody likes someone who NEEDS something. You shouldn't come off desperate for the sale. Even if you have $0 in your bank and need to make a sale to pay your rent, don't show the customer this is the case. Act like you have all the money in the world behind you. Having an abundance mindset is attractive, others can feel when you truly are abundant. There are trillions of dollars in the world. You shouldn't be so desperate for a certain dollar. There are unlimited customers out there and you shouldn’t ever feel like you need 1 customer more than others. This is just your fear of not getting more. You can push super hard for a sale without coming across as needy.. You shouldn't be needy for anything in life, it repels the other person. Even if you want to be business partners with someone, you shouldn't be showing them that you need them so much. Play it cool. If you sound needy then it makes you seem like you've never sold anything before. Nobody wants to buy from someone that hasn't sold before. Would a chick want to date you if you've never been with a girl before? No. Everyone wants and trusts experience. I'm not just talking about sales, I'm talking about life. 84 When you're needy it doesn't feel genuine. It feels forced and that you want something. 85 Conclusion I suggest you re-read this Ebook a few times. Watch the videos if you haven't. Re-watch them also a few times. Make notes on everything. Study it. Put it on your bedroom wall. And most importantly go out and actually use these laws in your current business or a business you are looking to start.
