Maintenance Planning and Control
Coordinator Brasilia, Brazil
ROLE SUMMARY
The Maintenance Planning and Control sector monitors maintenance plans, measures
contracts, receives and controls materials and invoices, and oversees the entire
utilities system.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage a team of approximately 20 employees.
Control and monitor the area's budget plan, maintaining expenses according to projected values,
tracking results, and seeking alternatives for economic efficiency.
Coordinate, plan, and control the activities of the Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) area.
Coordinate the management of tool storage, warehouse, supplies, and purchase requisitions.
Coordinate the maintenance control system through SAP – PM/MM.
Catalog maintenance books, standards, and periodic manuals.
Handle maintenance-related complaints and feedback.
Prepare general and official maintenance information.
Prepare operational and performance indicator reports, tracking and analyzing results to ensure the
application of procedures and the achievement of established objectives and goals, implementing
corrective actions when necessary.
Provide technical support to area management on issues related to your responsibilities, following
instructions from your immediate supervisor.
Perform account and contract analysis for billing in accordance with corporate rules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Completed Postgraduate Degree in Maintenance Management and/or Finance.
Experience in maintenance management with a focus on maintenance planning and control.
Experience in budget management in the Maintenance area.
Experience in team management.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Intermediate English (written and spoken)
Intermediate in Portuguese (written and spoken)
