Tool Usage Policy Purpose This Tool Usage Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for the responsible and ethical use of tools within the organization. The policy is designed to ensure that are employed in a manner that aligns with the organization's values, legal requirements, and standards. Scope This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and third parties who have access to and use tools on behalf of the organization. Ethical Use of Tools Tools should be programmed and utilized in a manner that promotes progress and avoids negligence in the processes. The organization commits to being transparent about the use of tools. There should be clear accountability for decisions made by Benstaal Instalations/ Structures For Africa. Employees must not fail to fulfil their responsibility for decisions made with Hr Manager Mrs Underhay. The use of tools must comply with relevant instructions and regulations. Employees should be aware of a fine of R500 if tools are lost, stolen and neglect, futher more if tools, materials and consumables not booked to store room and signed back the fine of R500 will stand. Measures should be in place to secure tools to prevent unauthorized access. Regular reviews of tool performance and outcomes should be conducted. Employees are required to adhere to this Tool Usage Policy. Violations may result in disciplinary action and or R500 fine. Employees are encouraged to provide feedback on the use of tools.
