Brownies
Ingredients
1 C + 3Tbs
all purpose flour (apf)
½ tsp
½ tsp
baking powder
fine salt
2tsp or 1 stick coffee powder
½C
butter
1½ C
white sugar
½C
cocoa powder, sifted
2 pc
egg (L)
1T
corn syrup
1 tsp
vanilla
Procedure:
1. Preheat heat oven to 325F
2. Line the bottom of a 9x9 pan with baking
paper/wax paper/parchment paper
3. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and coffee. Sift the set aside
4. Melt butter in a big bowl over a double broiler. When fully melted, remove from
heat.
5. While the butter is still warm add the cocoa powder, and corn syrup. Mix until no
lumps of cocoa is visible
6. Add sugar and mix until well combine (use wooden spoon for easy mixing)
7. Add egg one at a time until incorporated. Add vanilla.
8. Add the dry ingredients and mix until no flour is visible. DO NOT OVERMIX
9. Pour into prepared pan
10. Bake for 20 - 25mins or until done. DO NOT OVERBAKE
11. Let Cool and slice into desired sizes
Note: you can top brownie batter with chopped nuts before baking

Butterscotch
Ingredients
1/3 C
butter
100 g
skim milk
170 g
all purpose flour
220 g
white sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
tsp
fine salt
1T
corn syrup
4 pc
egg (L)
1 tsp
baking powder
Procedure:
1. Preheat heat oven to 325F.
2. Line the bottom of a 9x12 pan with baking paper/wax paper/parchment paper
3. Melt butter in a big bowl over a double broiler.
When fully melted, remove from heat.
4. While the butter is still warm add the skim milk and corn syrup. Mix until no
lumps of cocoa is visible
5. Add sugar and mix until well combine (use wooden spoon for easy mixing)
6. Add egg one at a time until incorporated. Add vanilla.
7. Add the dry ingredients and mix until no flour is visible. DO NOT OVERMIX
8. Pour into prepared pan
9. Bake for 50mins or until done. DO NOT OVERBAKE
10. Let Cool and slice into desired sizes
Note: you can top brownie batter with chopped nuts, almond, wallnuts or cashew
before baking

Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
½C
butter softened (half of butter 110g)
1 pc
egg (L)
1 can
sweetened condense milk
¼ tsp
vanilla
¼C
All purpose flour
1 3/4 C
desiccated coconut
Procedure
1. Preheat heat oven to 350F.
2. In a medium bowl combine the sifted flour and desiccated coconut
3. In a bowl, cream butter using a hand mixer on low speed. Add Sugar and beat
together until well blended and fluffy
4. Add egg, beating continuously
5. Add condense milk vanilla, mix well and add the combine flour
6. Scoop into paper lined mini muffin pans and bake in 350F oven for about 15 to 25
mins or until golden brown.

Chocolate Crinkles
Ingredients
½C
canola oil
4 pcs
egg (L)
2 tsp
vanilla
2 tsp
baking powder
2C
sugar (red)
1¼C
cocoa powder
400 g
all purpose flour
½ tsp
fine salt
Confectioner sugar (1box)
Procedure
1. Preheat heat oven to 350F. Prepare 2 baking sheets
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well baked.Form the dough into 1inch
balls. Roll in confectioner’s sugar then put them in the baking sheet. Bake until
cookie cracks on top. Apprx. 9mins
3. Don’t over bake. Center should still be soft
