Program for Agency Personnel and their Children. I am vouching that the agency personnel is indeed
assigned to our branch/unit/area/department/division.
In case the agency personnel is the aspiring scholar, I certify that we have already discussed handling the
possible effect of his/her studies to his/her work load and/or schedule.
I pledge, on behalf of our branch/unit/area/department/division, to donate or support the fundraising
program of the Foundation resulting to branch share at least 50% of the total annual education cost once
endorsed applicant is admitted to the scholarship program.
