OB is a change in the state of delivery. It's not directly related to the candle itself but instead
signifies a change in market behavior from the buyside to the sellside, or vice versa. This shift
becomes apparent when the opening price of a candle is broken, indicating a change in the
market's direction and a shift in focus toward either buyside or sellside liquidity.

we have a change in state of delivery.
This order block and the change in state of delivery is
confirmed with the presence of the FVG inside of the
expansion leg that traveled through the opening price of
this order block.
