Verification extent:
Upon request by Mooreast Asia Pte Ltd, the undersigned DNV Surveyor did attend at their test location on 17/1/2022,
for the purpose to witness the load test of the steel wire rope with one end open spelter socket.
Verification result/comments:
The below mentioned item was mounted on a calibrated test bed and based on a straight pull. The item was proof load
tested to 130 Ton and hold for a duration of 5 minutes before release. After load testing, the item was visually inspected
with no visible damage, distortion or deformation. The load cell calibration certificate was reviewed and found to be in
order. (Certificate No. : TC1367895 CTR1-1)
