The OML 180 Block is located onshore Nigeria, approximately 85 km North-West. The existing OML 180 facilities consist mainly of: OZPAX FS (Flow Station). OZPAX TC (Treatment Centre); OZPAX PC (Production Centre). Various clusters and oil and gas wells. Oil and gas gathering flow lines, from wells and well clusters to plants. Inter-field pipelines and power cables. The facilities are operated by NG (E&P Nigeria Limited) on behalf of a joint venture between NG and NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Company). The scope of this project is to: Design, Construct, and Commission OZPAX Production Cluster Facilities (PSCC1) Design, Construct, and Commission the Pipeline to transport produced multiphase fluid to OZPAX for processing and treatment. (EPSCC2) Drill & Complete OZPAX Main Wells. Make provision for Deep Exploration and Production Facilities. A fully rated unmanned Well Pad, the OZPAX PC Facilities comprises, but is not limited to, the following: 6 Production Wellheads and 6 x 8’’ Flowlines from wellheads to production manifold One MPFM per producing well flowline (plus a spare) for production monitoring and well testing. A production manifold which gathers the produce fluid prior being exported. A pig launcher for export pipeline pigging purpose and an open drain system A maintenance flare (for manual depressurization and maintenance activities) 2 PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING (PSCC1) CLUSTER TIE IN WORKS CONTRACT FOR OZPAX PROJECT [OZPAX/-PSCC1-C0001-CFT] DETAILED PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN OOL/PSCC1/PLN/2023/0001 Chemical injection packages (Corrosion inhibitor and Methanol) and nitrogen package for pig barrel purging and inerting, as well as purging of the flare systems. At OZPAX PC, the gas from each well is measured by a multiphase flowmeter, before being commingled at the cluster manifold then transported by one 16” multiphase pipeline to the Obite TC where the gas is fully processed to specifications. 1.2 PROJECT OBJECTIVES The objective of this project is to prepare the place (well pad) for drilling operative and to evacuate the gas and make production of tie in to 16’’ multiphase pipeline. At OZPAX PC, the gas from each well is measured by a multiphase flowmeter, before being commingled at the cluster manifold then transported by one 16” multiphase pipeline to the Obite TC where the gas is fully processed to specifications. 1.3 DESIGN LIFE The design life of the PLANT is 20 years. The PLANT shall be capable of performing according to the minimum operating life without the need for major repairs (subject to operations being carried out in accordance with operating and maintenance procedures established during engineering and in accordance with good industry practice) with guarantees and warranties as specified in the CONTRACT. The PLANT shall be capable of being safely decommissioned and dismantled at expiry of the operating life 1.4 SCOPE OF WORK 1.4.1 SUMMARY SCOPE OF WORK AND BASIC ENGINEERING CLARIFICATION The WORK includes Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Transportation, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning of the WELLPAD, OZPAX PRODUCTION CLUSTER and Tie-ins to Obite Treatment Center and assistance with startup of the PLANT, and completion of performance testing of the PLANT.
