In the wake of the pandemic, the IT sector in Finland faced a pivotal shift. Organizations
struggled with delivering value, and consultants grappled with fair recognition and reward. This
was the spark that ignited the formation of Deviam Oy. Comprising a dynamic trio of veterans
from Gofore, Solinor, and Siili, Deviam was established with a resolute mission – to redefine the
essence of customer value and consultant satisfaction in the Finnish IT consultancy space.

Access Transformation Project (public sector). This project involved the design and
implementation of a unified Authorization as a Service (AaaS) platform, centralizing
access and authorization management to enhance security, streamline processes, and
improve user experiences across our customer’s applications. Our client in the mining
industry uses innovation and deep technical know-how and provides technologies and
services for the metal and mineral processing industries.
Architectural Design for one of the leading airline firms - the architectural design
using React and .NET framework for an airline firm is geared towards creating a
user-centric, reliable, and scalable application. This approach enhances the customer
experience but also build a strong foundation for long-term customer relationships, which
are crucial in the competitive airline industry.

Our customer base is growing rapidly; the same goes for our talent. This is where you come in
as a software architect for a 9 to 15-month full-time project with 80-100% allocation per
week.
The salary range for this position is between €6000 - 9300 per month* depending on the
project you are part of - the pay is 50% of the project invoiced per month hence the
earning potentials are high.

What You’ll Do?
As a Software Architect and Senior Consultant, you are all about hands-on development and
ready to take a leading role in our projects. Some general knowledge and responsibilities (this
was used for a previous project, so framework knowledge in React, C#, .NET are more
important):
What You Have?

Profound knowledge of cloud services within the Azure ecosystem, MS Azure.
Strong expertise in .NET and C# with at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience. Or
even Java, if you still like to code in Java :)
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Redux, and Typescript (this is a
bonus!).
Architecture: In-depth knowledge of web services development. Familiarity with
microservices architecture and API development.
Experience with cloud functions and containerization.
Azure Storages: Competence in working with Azure storage services.
Databases: Expertise in databases, including CosmosDB, Document Databases
(NoSQL), and relational databases.
DevOps Knowledge: Proficiency in using GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with YAML and Bicep templates.
Understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) principles
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written), Finnish is a bonus
Benefits If You Join Us An Employee:
Compensation: You will be paid half of the income we charge the customer, usually this
averages to be around 6,300-9,000 euros per month. Our bonus model on average is a
month’s salary paid at the end of the year. All of our employees are in a customer project. If you
are on the bench for whatever reason then we pay you a provisional salary of €3,000*.
