I have noticed that I don’t have a very sufficient diet or I don’t eat that much due to school activities. And that is very
unhealthy for me especially that I always go to school and interact with other people and due to that my immune
system is at risk. And basing my diet at the Philippines food pyramid, I’m not getting enough nutrients that my body
needs/requires due to that I can get sick or get infected by other people who are sick.
