minimize inputs)

final exam: open-book exam (60'), Q&A (2-3 questions)
Thi cuối kì open book – 2 đến3 câu trl short essay, phân tích case study, câu hỏi ứng dụng
final exam: 50% of the total marks
midterm: 10% attendance, 20% group case study presentation; 20% individual (test/homework)
(case study presentation: chọn topic bất kì, nên chọn từ chương 2 vì chương 1 học thuật. Chọn cty VN hoạc oversea.
Trình bày lý thuyết cơ bản, phân tích vấn đề, rút ra khuyến nghị cho cty)
(Individual: tuỳ cô, cô muốn giao lúc nào thì giao, có thể làm tại lớp hoặc homework)
20%: group case study presentation: every group selects a topic within this course, prepare slides and present for 20'
(each group). Structure of the presentation: introduction of the topic, literature (definition, importance, theories...),
case analysis (real firm example), point out lessons learnt.
