Make Tasks Interactive I make tasks and activities interactive for example singing while learning. Ask the learners to do and participate in the group and this will help expend some energy and make them feel that they have an important role in the classroom. B. DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES 1. MODELING (I DO) EXPLICIT TEACHING Presentation of the Lesson: Unlocking of Difficulties: a. Family – a group of individuals living under one roof and usually under one head. b. Father – the head of the family who provides the needs of the family. c. Mother – a female parent who took good care of their children. Show picture of a family portrait. Name each member and their role in the family. Integration Literacy Ask the learners to talk about how their family members help one another. Tell them the importance of a family members helping one another in doing household chores. Integration Numeracy Ask learners how many they in their family are. Count objects with 0-4 digit. 2. GUIDED PRACTICE (WE DO) Activity Color the family picture. C. ANALYSIS From the activity, ask the learners to name their family members and their roles. Let the learners count the family members on the activity. Ask the learners to name the letters on the activity and its colors. 3. APPLICATION (YOU DO) The setting of Standards: Follow the instruction given by the teacher. Participate and cooperate with your group. Avoid roaming around and making noise. Every group will present their output to the class.
