ANJUMAN E MUNASIBAT:
MANIFESTO
1. INTRODUCTION:
The foundation of “Ajuman E Munasibat” was laid on 10th November, 2021 by Usama Hanif.
However, Anjuman E Munasibat is an extension and an organizational form of a deep-rooted belief
system of “Munasibism” that goes way back then the Anjuman itself. The “Principles of
Munasibism” are the foundation and core spirit of the Anjuman. The concept of Munasibism was
born when the founder of Anjuman, Usama Hanif, started assessing situations on just two aspects:
Munasib and Na-Munasib. After Usama started assessing situations on these aspects he realized that
his decisions were getting better and beneficial for people around him. Classmates and colleagues
were inspired by Usama and with his unique approach to life, they quickly adopted it and
Munasibim was born.
2. VISION STATEMENT:
“All must strive to create and maintain situations and circumstances, which are Munasib for
everyone in the long term and try to come up with munasib strategies to eliminate any NaMunasib situation or circumstance that exists”
3. PRINCIPLES OF MUNASIBISM:
A. How to determine what is Munasib?
i)
The situation or circumstance which is in the interest of “EVERYONE” is Munasib.
This is not an ideal situation and is often achievable. There are only a very few
circumstances where the decision is not Munasib for everyone. In such a situation,
Munasib will be the decision that is for the greater good.
ii)
Munasibat of a situation declared by a single individual based on his opinions and
personal experience and not on logic and reasoning is Na-Munasib as the that
individual’s perception, experience and opinion can be biased
iii)
A declaration of Munasib and Na-Munasib by a group of three individuals will always
be more Munasib than that of a single individual.
B. How to determine what is Na-Munasib?
i)
The situation or circumstance which is not in the best interest of “EVERYONE” will
be deemed Na-Munasib. Sometimes there maybe circumstances that will not be
considered Munasib by everyone but the protocol for that will be similar as Section
A, Article A, points ii and iii.
C. Who is Munasib and who is Na- Munasib?
i)
Any individual who follows the PRINCIPLES OF MUNASIBISM shall be deemed as
Munasib.

ii)
iii)
Any individual who does not follow the PRINCIPLES OF MUNASIBISM but does not
go against it either can be but not necessarily considered a Munasib individual
An individual who goes completely against the PRINCIPLES OF MUNASIBISM
shall be deemed as a Na-Munasib person.
4. MISSION:
The mission of Anjuman e Munasibat is to spread the word of Munasibism and try to create an
environment that is Munasib for all and Na-Munasib for none
5. GOVERNING BODY:
1) GOVERNOR GENERAL:
i)
ii)
iii)
iv)
All operations to be conducted by the Anjuman will require the permission of the
Governor General.
The Governor General will be selected for a period of 18 months
The first Governor General, MUNASIB SUPREME, Usama Hanif will come for an
infinite period of time
He can only be removed if he moves away from the PRNCIPLES OF MUNASIBISM.
2) VICE PRESIDENT:
i)
Vice President will report everything to the Governor General. This includes new
problems, progress on existing issues and Na-Munasib behavior in the surrounding
and of the any member of the Anjuman
3) SPOKESMAN:
I)
The Spokesman task will be to convey the message of the Anjuman to the general
public.
4) MUNASIB BEHAS COUNCIL:
i)
ii)
iii)
The council was be constituted of five members with a tenure of 12 months each.
Their task will be to discuss Na-Munasib issues and help the Governor General make
Munasib decisions regarding Na-Munasib issues
The Vice President and Spokesman will also be a part of this apart from the 5
memebers
6. DECISIONS REGARDING SUSPENSION OF THE GOVERNING BODY:
A. The MUNASIB SUPREME as entioned cannot be removed unless there is unanimous
agreement in the MUNASIB BEHAS COUNCIL and are able to get vote of 80 registered
members and an unbiased and unrelated jury
B. Any other Governor General can be relieved of his duties if the MUNASIB BEHAS COUNCIL
and an unrelated jury founds him/her guilty of extreme Na-Munasib behavior.

C. In case of termination of Governor General, the Vice President will temporarily take charge
and elect a new Governor General among themselves.
D. If a member of MUNASIB BEHAS COUNCIL is suspected of Na-Munasib behavior, he/she will
be suspended immediately. The position will be reinstated if the MUNASIB BEHAS COUNCIL
or the unrelated jury finds the person not guilty and disavowed if found guilty.
7. THE “UNRELATED JURY”:
The concept of unrelated jury is that in making judgements about the governing body, it
would be Munasib to have a jury that has no relation to the governing body so there is no
chance of Nu-Munasib bias.
8. CONCLUSION:
The Anjuman E Munasibat is an organizational body formed on the Principles of Munasibism,
which aims to work for the betterment of society so everyone can lead a Munasib life in a
Munasib environment,
