Elementary School (SFES) Financial Officers on February 8, 2024 at exactly 3:30 PM.
The primary objectives of this meeting are as follows:
 Redirection of Financial Processes:
Discuss and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and transparency of
financial processes within SFES.
 Disbursement and Procurement of School Supplies:
Review and align disbursement and procurement procedures with the guidelines
set forth by the Department of Education (DepEd) Orders and Memoranda to
ensure compliance and accountability.
 Reorientation of Financial Processes:
Conduct a comprehensive reorientation session on financial processes,
emphasizing the importance of adherence to DepEd regulations for the effective
management of school finances.
Your active participation in this meeting is crucial as we collectively work towards
improving our financial processes and ensuring compliance with DepEd guidelines.
