limate change anxiety, also known as eco-anxiety or climate anxiety, refers
to the psychological distress and emotional responses triggered by concerns
about climate change and its potential impacts on the planet, ecosystems,
communities, and individual well-being. It's a specific form of anxiety that arises
from the perceived threats associated with climate change, such as extreme
weather events, rising sea levels, loss of biodiversity, food and water scarcity,
and displacement of communities.
