Human Resource Management Sardar Rayan Khan BBA - VI (B) SWOT Analysis SWOT analysis is a planning tool used to identify and evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats involved in a project, business venture, or personal endeavor. SWOT Analysis of my skills Strengths: Adaptability: Easily adjust to new environments and situations without dispute. Quick Learner: Easily learn any new technological advancements and even incorporate them into my life if needed. Creativity and innovation: Always coming up with new ideas or indulging myself in existing ones to generate side income from multiple sources. Networking Skills: Not let go of any chance to meet or interact with new people whom I can learn something useful from. Weaknesses: Public Speaking: With not having the most public speaking experience, I’m still learning to overcome my hesitation about public speaking. Team-working skills: I easily get annoyed by working in a team if anything goes wrong which even may not be anyone’s fault. I rather prefer working solo. Not prioritizing needs: Lately, I haven’t been prioritizing my sleep, food, and gym to rather focus on work. I would not consider this much of a weakness since I believe your 20s is the time to work the hardest no matter if it affects your health or strains your relationships (obviously not too much). Low patience in helping others: Honestly, trying to help those who don’t help themselves can be annoying. However, I still try to help my friends who are looking to learn things from me that I am good at. Opportunities: Industry Growth: The industry I work in has been constantly growing, however with several setbacks over the years which take unnecessary time to overcome. Professional Development Programs: I should learn from free online programs that can further enhance my skill set. Book reading: After quitting reading novels and beginning to read selfimprovement books, it helped me, however, that was short-lived as I procrastinated on the idea. I will soon shift back to reading self-help books like Atomic Habits which I only read half but it still helped me in multitudes. Remote work: Everything I do, is done from the comfort of my home. The future is remote work. Threats: Work-Life Balance: Potential for burnout which can make me get annoyed with the work that I love. I would not like that and treat myself with trips and breaks to avoid burnout. Work instability: The field I work in can be unstable at times, which is why I am always trying to find new sources of income to avoid being broke if one source dies out. Industry Regulations: With ever-changing laws about everything, it may impact work and hence we should always be ready to adapt accordingly. Rapid technological Changes: If you take things lightly even for a week, you can miss out on so much that’ll set you back unnecessarily.
