If holding is required, each flight will be instructed individually.
The holding patterns are established at ALPHA, CHALI and DELTA between F150 and F240.
LOSS OF COMMUNICATION
In the event of a loss of communication aircraft shall comply with the descent requirement and the STAR track above. Thence:
For RWY 13, maintain F130 to CH DVOR. Join CH DVOR holding pattern and descend to 8000 FT in the hold, then carry out the IGS approach procedure.
For RWY 31, maintain F130 to TH TVOR. Join TH TVOR holding pattern and descend to 3500 FT in the hold, then carry out the ILS approach procedure.
