Student Portale login Issue
Dear Aritha,
I am writing to inform you that I am currently unable to access the Student Portale to
make my tuition payment. I encountered an error message (can’t reach this page) when
attempting to log in.
This is a time-sensitive matter as my payment is due on April 23rd. I am concerned that
if the Student Portale remains inaccessible, I may miss the deadline and incur late fees.
I kindly request your attention to this issue. Please let me know if there is an alternative
method for submitting my payment or if there is an estimated timeframe for when the
Student Portale will be operational again.
