At TTLMKT we are building a platform that helps the travel ecosystem connect with the right
partners and work with them to seamlessly cater to travellers with the right and high-value products.
Our aim is to build an ecosystem of travel service providers and holiday planners or travel agents.
We want to build a community where they can trust, connect and work with each other efficiently
and effortlessly.
The hospitality industry has been the most underdeveloped industry as compared to other industries.
Apart from online searching and booking of flights, hotels and activities, there is hardly any
innovation in the industry. The whole process of discovery, searching, planning, booking and
organising a holiday is still completely manual. With multiple choices of destinations, hotels, flights
and other services, the effort required to plan a holiday has increased instead, the revenue has
decreased significantly.
With TTLMKT our vision is to enable and empower travel professionals to complete, thrive and
win against other existing channels in the domain. TTLMKT offer tools to travel agent to deliver
more value to travellers with less effort and resources. Our purpose is to help travel agents win and
dominate by providing more personalised and customised services to the travellers seamlessly at a
cheaper price.
TASK
TTLMKT is building a marketplace for buyers and sellers of holiday packages. It connects travel
agents in India to tour operators across the world, so that travel agent in India as conveniently
access, plan and book tour packages.
The task is to devise an online marketing strategy to market the platform among travel agents in
India as well as tour operators across the world. Try to make the strategy with 10 different types of
organic marketing channels. Also, include in-depth details of the execution of those strategies by a
team of 2.
