French Rules for Classroom
Management
Par Mlle Autruche
Thank you for purchasing this product and supporting my store!
In this file, you will find one printable poster with five rules listed to
help inspire good classroom management. Under each rule in French,
there is an English translation. I usually introduce these five rules at the
beginning of the school year to help establish a caring and respectful
classroom environment. They can be introduced at any time during the
year if a class is experiencing difficulty in the listed areas. The aim of
these rules is to inspire students to try their best and not give up, every
day.
If you wish to do so, you can print one copy of the rules for each
student to be placed in their duotang or binder. You can also choose to
post this poster in your classroom, or on your cart. There are several ways
to successfully implement these rules in your classroom.
At the beginning of the year, I usually review the rules daily with my
students in order to help cement them into the students minds. By
reviewing the rules daily, they will become routinely practiced in your
room. If a student breaks a rule, I will reference the rule and try to
redirect the student to help get them back on task. Eventually in the year,
you can even ask the students to help identify which rules are not being
followed in order to help them recognize why the rules are an important
and helpful aspect of learning French.
This is a print-and-go poster with no preparation involved. I hope
you find this poster to be useful, fun and informative. Enjoy!
