Product Description:
Ceramic refractory silicone rubber composite belt is
a new type of material made of fire resistant silicone
rubber and high temperature resistant fiberglass
cloth compaction. At 450-3000 ° C temperature, it is
quickly burned into a hard and complete shell, so as
to ensure that the wire cable is not destroyed in the
fire condition and to protect the power and
communication.
The ceramicised refractory silicone rubber
composite tape is mainly used as a refractory layer
for medium
and low voltage fire resistant cables, but can also be used as an insulation layer at the same time. Its volume
resistivity drops to 107 107ω ·cm.
Product characteristics
1.a self-supporting ceramic body is formed in the Flame. When the rubber material containing inorganic filler
is exposed to flame, the rubber degrades or burns, leaving behind inorganic residues or ash of lower strength
after the degradation or combustion products volatilize. These residues are usually non-cohesive or non-selfsupporting, or even broken into particles or powder, so there is no fire protection effect. When the ceramic
rubber with special design formula is exposed to flame, depending on the variety and formula of the rubber,
the ceramic can be produced in the range of 500 ~ 800 °C or above and sintered into porous self-supporting
ceramic body, in a certain time (0.5 ~ 2h) to maintain the integrity of the structure, can play a good “Passive
fire "effect, for fire safety to win precious time.
2. Ceramicised refractory silicone rubber with a certain strength and good resistance to thermal shock.
Ceramiczed refractory silicone rubber tape after burning the sintered body is relatively hard, knocking a

and environmentally friendly. Ceramicised silicone rubber can be flame retardant and self-extinguishing
without the addition of halogen flame retardants, and is flame retardant to UL94V-0. Under the ablation of the
flame, smoke is completely cut off after a few minutes of being burned, and no further smoke is produced
during the subsequent ablation process itself. Ceramicised silicone rubber burns to produce carbon dioxide,
water and silica, all of which are non-toxic substances.
4. Ceramic Wah refractory silicone rubber has good electrical properties. The electrical properties of the
ceramic silicone rubber are optimized - the volume resistivity before sintering is not less than 1015cm. As the
sintering temperature increases, the volume resistivity decreases, and the volume resistivity decreases to
107cm after burning at 1000 ° C for 30 min.
5. Ceramic refractory silicon tape easy to process. The production equipment of ceramic silicone rubber is
the same as ordinary silicone rubber, and the compound has good extruding and molding properties. It can
be extruded and vulcanized directly by silicone rubber wire and cable equipment without additional

APPLICATION:
