Memorandum of Understanding
This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is made and entered into as of
and between:

Visa Navigator, a visa assistance agency located at Kanda, Accra ("Visa Navigator")
Client (the individual seeking visa assistance), ("Shadrack Abbey")
WHEREAS, Visa Navigator desires to provide visa assistance services to Clients seeking to
study in the United States of America ("USA").
WHEREAS, Client desires to obtain assistance from Visa Navigator in navigating the visa
application process for studying in the USA.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants
contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Services Provided by Visa Navigator
Visa Navigator agrees to provide the following services to Client:
Visa Application Assistance:
• Guidance and support in understanding the specific visa requirements for studying in the
USA.
• Assistance in crafting a compelling personal statement that highlights Client's academic
qualifications and motivations for studying in the USA.
• Help with gathering and organizing all necessary documentation for the visa application.
• Preparation tips and mock interviews to help Client succeed in the visa interview.
• Post-Visa Granting Assistance (Optional):
• Assistance with flight arrangements for travel to the USA (upon Client's request).
• Guidance on settling in the USA, including navigating the process of obtaining a social
security number on campus (if applicable).
2. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide Visa Navigator with all necessary and accurate information in a timely manner.
Actively participate in the visa application process, including attending consultations, interviews,
and completing any required forms.
Follow all instructions provided by Visa Navigator throughout the process.
Be responsible for all visa application fees and any additional costs associated with optional
post-visa granting assistance.
3. Disclaimer
Visa Navigator understands that the final decision regarding visa issuance rests solely with the
US immigration authorities. Visa Navigator cannot guarantee a successful visa application.
4. Term and Termination
This MOU shall commence on the date first written above and shall continue until the Client
receives a final decision on their visa application. This MOU may be terminated by either party
upon written notice to the other party.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed by the other party during the
course of this engagement.
6. Entire Agreement
This MOU constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter
hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or
agreements, whether oral or written.
7. Governing Law
This MOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this MOU as of the date first written above.
