Download files from Etsy
Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and
reviews section of your Etsy account
To access your digital files from your account:
1. Please sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Please use the web browser such as Safari or Google Chrome
Digital downloads are currently not available on the Etsy app.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the Dailymoodsublimation order, select Download Files. This goes to the
Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
The Ipad Can Be Used To Download Etsy Digital Files, But Not Through The Etsy App

Saving Files On Your Ipad
To download the file, click the Download button on the right side of the page.
When you download a file in Safari, the download appears in the Downloads tab in the upper right corner.
Click Download and the file will open in your Files app
Importing Files into Goodnotes
Find your downloaded file in the iPad's Files app.
Long press (tap and hold) on a file to bring up the options menu.
Click to Share. Find and tap the option to "Open in GoodNotes".
(You can choose another note-taking app here, like Notability, if you prefer).
If you don't see the open in app option on the share sheet, tap More • • • or Edit Actions.
Find the app in the list and turn on the switch on the right.)
In GoodNotes, select the location where you want to save the file. Import.

Importing Within Goodnotes
You can also import files directly into the GoodNotes application.
On the home screen (bookshelf), tap the + button, then tap Import. The Files app will open automatically.
Find a PDF or GoodNotes file and tap it to import it into the application.
Goodnotes Hyperlinks not Working
Goodnotes has two modes: ‘’Read only’’ and ‘’ Edit’’. If you can use your pen tool
and highlighter, you are in ‘’Edit’’ mode.
To switch to using your hyperlinks, you will need to be in Read Only mode.
To do this, you will need to click the crossed out pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Returns and Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns for our products, as these are digital downloads. All digital downloads
are non-refundable since there is no way a buyer can guarantee the return of property after refund.
