(Rauan Nalco LLP), and certifies that the services/ Method Statement performed by CONTRACTOR (KSI
PetroGasServices) have been flushed and validated as per the recorded parameters/results achieved by
application of the specific Method Statement documented above. This signed acceptance by the
COMPANY (Rauan Nalco LLP) also constitutes confirmation that the system has been handed over to
the COMPANY (Rauan Nalco LLP), who is satisfied with CONTRACTOR’s (KSI PetroGasServices)
performance, in that at the time of flushing the system, it was found to comply with the COMPANY’s
(Rauan Nalco LLP) specifications. This Certificate does not represent any form of warranty or guarantee
for the component or system flushed and CONTRACTOR (KSI PetroGasServices) shall have no further
responsibility for the system from the date/time of handover.
