1. Have you eaten yet?
Rianne: Hey Jojo, how's it going?
Jojo: Not much. What's up with you?
Rianne: I'm doing great. By the way, have you eaten yet?
Jojo: No, not yet. I just finished my schoolwork. I'm about to have lunch now. Would you like to join?
Rianne: Absolutely! We should check out this restaurant that just opened downtown.
Jojo: Sounds like a plan! We should check it out.
*Rianne and Jojo arrives at the restaurant*
2. I would like to order
Rianne: Excuse me. I would like to order, please.
Waiter: Great, here's your menu.
Rianne: What's your specialty?
Waiter: Our specialty is Beef Wellington.
Jojo: What's that?
Waiter: It's a beef dish, sir.
Rianne: What's in it?
Waiter: It consists of beef tenderloin wrapped in layers of pâté, duxelles (a finely chopped
mushroom mixture), Parma ham, and puff pastry, then baked.
Rianne: I see why it is your specialty.
Jojo: I know, right? It sounds fancy and appetizing.
Rianne: I would like to try it.
Jojo: One for me too.
Waiter: Great, how would you like your beef, sir?
Rianne: Medium rare for me. Jojo: I like it rare, please.
Waiter: Awesome. What about drinks?
Rianne: I'll have a glass of Coke, please.
Jojo: I'll have a glass of Sprite, thank you.
Waiter: Great! Let me repeat your orders. Two Beef Wellington, one medium rare and one rare, a
glass of Coke, and a glass of Sprite.
Rianne: That's correct.
Waiter: I'll be serving your order in 15 minutes, sir.
